Worst place ever. Waited for my order almost 1 hour. zero response zero help. No one care even if you are standing in front of them for hours. Never visit this place ever again and I will not suggest you to visit.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is absolutely disgusting and extremely slow. I ordered a Large Turkey Bacon Club and a large fry. First they me a small sandwich and I went back and told them. They pretended to remake my sandwich and handed me back the same sandwich. I went back to get them to remake it and they finally did. But I noticed that the guy cooking is not cleaning the grill in between making sandwiches. Luckily right before he cooked my sandwich, another worker cleaned it before making mine. Whoever owns this place should ashamed and disgusted with themselves. It’s been a while since I’ve been here and wanted to give them a chance. NEVER AGAIN!!! Save your time, save your money. If you want a Philly cheesesteaks, there are better places in Baton Rouge

3 stars because it's a mall food court, so you're not getting fine dining. HOWEVER, the food is worth it. I've been a Charley's fan since joining the Army EONS ago. The Buffalo chicken and loaded fries are my favorites.
