Ordered the 2 doubles and chocolate swirl ice cream corn As I was trying to enjoy my ice cream there was an Unfamiliar taste that wasnāt chocolate nor vanilla it was an bitter none sweet taste finally I said itās sour I threw it out the window I called the store twice ,they didnāt pick up the 1st time , I asked to speak to the mgr The young lady said Sheās on her cell whatās wrong Wow I them just said tell ur mgr that her ice cream was sour She then just said ok sir thank u I mean wow

It's rare to get a fast food place in baton rouge where the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. I'm almost never disappointed when I come here. The employees are always so nice and you can get quite a bang for your buck! Love the checkers on plank ā¤ļø
Company policy. If you order online you have to park and come inside and get your food. I thought the point of ordering online is for easy ordering.

Being from New Orleans Rallyās/Checkers was always a go to spot. But I swear every time I order from the one on Plank rd. I am disappointed. They always mess up and/or Iām always missing something. Itās sooo frustrating!!!! Like Iām afraid to have anything delivered from them because Iām 100% sure itās gonna be all messed up coming from Plank rd location.

My boyfriend received horrible service when he went to get us food on 3/20/24 . He hands her the card for payment and she closes the window. The cashier with the pink hair handed him the bag of food, he then told her she did not give us our credit card back. She proceeds to say yes she did, and she then says well itās not here. He ask for the manager and the manager says the same thing after ālookingā for our card. She did not look for it. The rude and immature cashier with pink hair proceeds to say āhis card aināt here, he must have dropped it or somethingā. He said I did not drop it, you never handed my card back to me after I gave it to you for the payment. He continues to go back and forth with both of them, and then ultimately leaves because the situation is not going anywhere. He was becoming more and more frustrated. I then go up there, they say the same thing and we are just going back and forth. Iām making a police report, & canceled my card. But beware they might take your card and say they donāt have it. I hope she really wasnāt trying to steal the card and it was just all a misunderstanding.(idk how because where did the card go?) Regardless, they definitely need to hire a more trustworthy manager and cashier with better attitudes.
