I was the online one in line . When I drove to the window to pay and receive my food . The drive thru girl acted like I was bothering her or disturbing here . She didnt say anything to me , handed me the food and drinks and like I was disturbing her. This was on October 29th around 11 30 or 12 30. Very rude not coming back

I always get great service here. Even though it doesn’t seem like a big staff is working, they handle everything smoothly and I’ve never had an issue. The food always comes out fresh and tasty, and the team is consistently friendly and professional.

My girlfriend and I wanted something quick to eat and we tried the drive thru. We waited and we never greeted the other drive thru lane was doing the same so then we tried going inside to order and these 2 guys weren't worried about us waiting then asked if we had a pickup and we said no then he shook his head and stayed looking at his phone. We just left cause obviously they weren't wanting to use the drawers or whatever was going on. Dont waste your time.

If i could give a zero I would. The first day my food, chicken bites, was tough. It had been sitting under the warm light or something. I decided to give this location another try, April 13 at 3:05pm. Yes, I have receipt. But again, chicken bites was so damn tough. They aren't the best location for quality. But it's to be expected considering 🤔 I will not return to this location. Horrible! Food is not made as it should.
Sooooo Checkers and Rally's. I ordered something for delivery from the franchise at 11650 Coursey Blvd in Baton Rouge LA. Two hours pass and the store is now closed and the food never came. However the money was taken out of my account. I try to call the store and have to enter an ACCESS CODE? I called your Checkers and Rally's support this morning and was told it would need to be escalated. Seriously? DO NOT GO TO THAT S.HOLE ON COURSEY BLVD.

If you have the option to go literally anywhere else please do so. The food is great but that’s only if they can get your order right, which they’ve only done 1/5 times i’ve been there. Todays complaint is about a doordash order, I placed an order for a Baconzilla combo which has bacon and cheese, they not only didn’t include bacon (which is arguably the entire point to the burger) but sent me some dry ass burger that looks like the buns been stuck to the cheese for a day or so 😂.
