Not only did you get 3 out of 4 orders wrong, it was all delivered separately and cold and we never received our shakes. Fries were limp and under cooked. Worst experience ever. Mother's day dinner was a complete BUST

Purchase a number for combo no pickle no tomatoes and a Coke for the drink go large. My fries are not even cooked. I put one in my mouth and immediately spit it out. So now having to come home to air fry them myself, which now my burger is cold and I will have to reheat that as well. Whoever is frying the fries needs to be taught cook them. Fries should be mushy. I literally just wasted $10 on food that I’m gonna have to just cook it again myself. Also, they never give you a full french fry. It’s always half of what you should have.

The cashier was by far the best customer service in fast good that i have recieved in years. The fries were hit. It was a win. I can't find my reciept to acknowledge a name. Awesome person, wish there were more people like that in the field! Keep up tge great work!
We tried the Buford, the cheese champ, the mother cruncher, and classic Angry buffalo wings combos. The mango slushes are excellent. We are it all. Gotta b good. Whew!!
As an employee of checkers the service was horrible, the cashiers attitude was horrible, when I went to get my food they forgot items and when I went to ask for it they almost made me pay again and gave me cold food. The manager on shift walked up to the window as she was on her phone and was very rude. An employee on shift decided to stand outside and light a cigarette. The overall service was horrible and I would never want to go back again. They had at least 5 cars pulled around and my burger was super dry like it had been sitting there for hours my fries were cold and tasted like old grease and bacon was undercooked.

Rude and horrible customer service. When they got my order wrong due to rushing us off the speaker they wanted us to get back in the drive thru line so they could redo our order. We left.

Waited in drive threw for over 30mins and once I get to the window the manager had a nasty attitude after giving me the wrong order. Then yelled at me and told me to drive up to wait an additional 15mins to get my food after already waiting 30mins. The manager then cancelled my order without my consent and cursed me out and told me to leave. Please don’t ever visit this place ever please don’t waste your time and money for the horrible service you will receive. I also called the 1800 number to file a complaint and I did receive a call back from the store manager asking me what took place with the rude manager in the back ground yelling and aggressively and agreeing to calling me profanity language. So I advise this location to either fire the manager or shut this place down very disgusting experience I had on my lunch break how never again!
