The food was good but my to go order was definitely not checked before being handed to me. Stood way too long at the pick-up area only to have an employee show up once the phone started ringing. I ordered a club sandwich several times in the past and noticed that now its a single and no longer a traditional double decker. I also realized that a side was missing for one of my other entrées after looking at my receipt.

Waiter was fantastic ! Blacked salmon salad and the Grilled salmon entree were superb . The southwest egg rolls were a delight . Gumbo was good . Didn’t try delight since we were so full but it looked like a treat too .

I love this place ❤️ I live in Lafayette and have to go to Baton Rouge very often for medical appointments. We found it and whether the report is great or not so great. We go because it is always delicious, very friendly, and a calm, relaxing way for bad appointments and a celebration for the good ones. It has become a tradition over the last 2 years.

Ordered 2 of their Thanksgiving holiday takeout. Went to pick it up, but realized once I made it back home that they only gave me half of the order. Had to drive all the way back to get the rest of the food. Made it back home again only to realize that they also forgot to give me the biscuits that were supposed to be part of the package. Couldn't be bothered to go back a third time. The food I did manage to get was also trash. The sides were bland, and the turkey was basically burnt/overcooked. The meat was like leather. Can't believe I wasted over $360 for this type of food and service. Will never go back here again.

Soo thankful for the wonderful staff and management for accommodating my ordering error for our office Thanksgiving catered dinner. They were so busy but still got my order ready a whole day early. Hope they all have a great holiday!

Really bad service, food was nasty, and THEY CHARGED ME 20% TIPS WHEN I DID NOT CHOOSE TO!!!! I had no idea the tip now is required and it gotta be 20% or more!!!!!

I did tip after paying, so it was tip on top of tip! I hadn't seen that they charged me tip before I added more tip!!!!!!!

The food was seasoned just right, and the service was great.

Every time I go to Cheesecake Bistro, I always have a good time. I ordered the jazzy wings with fries. The jazzy wings always satisfy my stomach. I love going here.

Ordered a to go lunch and it was great. I had the club and it was everything I could have hoped for and more. It had been a while since I had been to the cheesecake bistro, but I can promise you, it won't be long again. The service was nice. It was to go order and the order was ready for us well within 10 minutes of us placing the order...so perfect service for the to go order.

They made me sick after they said my food was safe. I would not trust them again.
