I placed a Chick Fil A catering order from the Mall of Louisiana location for this past Friday night (May 9), with very specific delivery instructions for a wedding party. These meals were for a wedding party to have a snack on the drive from the church to the reception venue. Chick Fil A was absolutely wonderful! Seth went above and beyond, even going so far as to set out the meals on the bus that was transporting the wedding party, and even left a gift for the bride and groom. I cannot thank them enough for making a really special night so easy.

Over the years this location has gotten slow. No sense on urgency. Waited 16 mins for water and a parfait. Chic fi la service has gotten mediocre…close to McDonald’s….

They were busy and they got everyone's food out in a timely manner. Everyone was nice and the food was good.

It's deeply troubling to report that this particular Chick-fil-A location has displayed racist and discriminatory behaviors towards its employees based on their skin tone. Several staff members have come forward with allegations of being treated unfairly, receiving fewer opportunities for advancement, and facing unjust reprimands compared to their lighter-skinned counterparts. This toxic work environment not only undermines the morale of the employees but also contradicts the core values of equality and respect that the company publicly espouses. Many customers and community members are calling for a thorough investigation and immediate corrective action to address these grave injustices. Such discriminatory practices are unacceptable and must be eradicated to ensure a fair and inclusive workplace for everyone.

Most of the time the food is decent but today my tenders were soggy and unseasoned. It also took forever to get my food considering it’s a Monday in the mall food court with barely any customers.

The only nice person was the woman at the register. EVERYONE else was rude and I would say “thank you” and I got nothing back and also got DIRTY napkins in my bag they had grease on them!! NASTYY !!! YALL get paid hella good and y’all don’t know how to treat people with respect! I know if you have a bad/long day it can get hard sometimes but you can’t let that affect you! They wasn’t even that busy!
