They need to tell the customers if you want to get ice cream it will be a small size only change your prices on your menus and stop misleading your customers your customers are your money makers and update your menu please I will never come back to this location ever again

Placed an online order for a market salad that comes with blue cheese, on my order I requested extra. When order was delivered it came with none. I’m not sure why when I order this particular salad 50% of the time it doesn’t come with it on there at all, then I have to turn around and request that it’s added. This usually only happens when I order it on the spot, but since it was a mobile order for it to not come at all(when extra was requested) is extremely annoying. When I called back to let them know my order was wrong the worker said,”you can come back and we can give you a cup of blue cheese.” -_-.

Whoever they have as the shift manager for the night crew needs to do better please the food is always nasty, cold, or stale and the workers who take the orders are always childish... Morning shift is friendly and professional..

I went through when I was the only person in line and they complimented my plush on my dashboard! I also brought my kitten with me and they went CRAZY over her :) They gave her some nice dairy free whipped cream and she ate it up.
The fries were nice and salty and the drinks were delicious, too! Amazing service every time I’ve gone.

Parking: Not much parking, and to go inside u have to walk in front of traffic which is dangerous

Everybody knows Chic-Fil-A is all about that customer service. Not even big on their food, just sometimes have enjoyed not getting my eyes rolled in my face for simply ordering food. But let me let y'all in on something. This location USED to be incredible with the customer service. However the last couple times I've gone, they've gotten sloppy. Sighing in my face as I order, eye rolling, and yelling over the new drive through situation. I know y'all think y'all hot because that new remodel dropped and your line stays long but just know im tracking those tudes.
The past two times I have went during evening shift the food was cold especially the fries. Also taste like it’s fried in old oil.
