Please put the mobile thru back on the outside lane and remove the cones, we are always getting stuck behind the people that wait until they get to the restaurant to order. Otherwise, service and food is just fine.

Consistently the worst Chick-fil-A Mac n cheese I’ve ever had. I’ve been going for about 2 years now and their Mac n cheese is always unreasonably dry. I’ve had to ask for a refund from this one several times because of poor food quality. Much worse customer service than other establishments as well. Whoever is making the Mac n cheese needs to be retrained

After the historical snow weather event in BR needed more groceries because everyone has been home eating everything. Decided to get Chick-fil-A spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, fries and lemonade. Very good meal.
My food was given to someone else in the drive thru who had brought it back to the window. I asked the person handing the food if that was mine , he “ yes, I’m having them remake it”… 3-5 min later I got handed the same bag that had already been handed out and not remade or all the food was just cold … I rarely have a bad experience with this location. However, I will rethink coming here again.

I went in to order a chicken noodle soup and when I got home a piece of plastic was inside of my cup of soup. Also, I’m really sick and was needing this.
Went through the drive through to get food to take home. Got home and noticed that we did not have the chicken nuggets for our grandson. Drove 15 minutes back to chick-fil-a and received my nuggets, that's it. No apologe, no I'm sorry, nothing except have a good evening. I would never excepted that from Chick-fil-A. Very disappointing.
