They don’t really open at 7:30, they will look at you and not take your order and food takes forever no matter what time you go.

The worst experience by far. We ordered food 1218, I asked for a refund at 1250. These people do NOT know how to run the place. They take orders on the kiosk but the orders placed at the 1 register came and went before us. Why you have kiosk if you don't have the manpower to give out the food. Completely unorganized, a complete disgrace to the Chick-fil-A brand. On top of this, I missed my tour on campus. Complete crap.
OMG, this has to be the worst Chick-Fil-A in the country. We are here to tour LSU and spent 45 minutes waiting for this order of cold food. The cooks and the order takers (human & kiosks) were way ahead of the one person slowly bagging orders so all of the items were cold and nasty. It definitely soured an otherwise good tour accepted but not committed students.

It had been a while. Was at the mall and it just sounded good. Service was great as always, food was hot and fresh and the classic chicken sandwich combo hit the spot!

I can never give Chick-fil-A less than 5 stars. They’re always super nice and the food always tastes fresh and delicious.
I mean, it’s OK. Service isn’t over the top. A couple friendly employees and then some employees that barely will say a word to you the whole time you are ordering. Sandwiches are good, fries can be kind of hit or miss. Sometimes they are hot, sometimes they are lukewarm. Overall, I think it’s fine to go use some PawPoints here but if you are looking for an authentic Chick Fil A experience head to another one off campus. Pay the same for a much better experience.
