I have a bad experience every time I go, this one worker her name is “Jina shields” she is very rude. She always has something to say that isn’t good. She will give you a nasty look when you order. She is always disrespectful. I had a friend he was ordering for our group, she looked him up and down and said “oh” he said it is for my group she said “ oh because I was about to say “ I worked at chick-fil-la and her customer service isn’t what that is. I expect better, definitely at a college campus Thank you.

They don’t really open at 7:30, they will look at you and not take your order and food takes forever no matter what time you go.

The worst experience by far. We ordered food 1218, I asked for a refund at 1250. These people do NOT know how to run the place. They take orders on the kiosk but the orders placed at the 1 register came and went before us. Why you have kiosk if you don't have the manpower to give out the food. Completely unorganized, a complete disgrace to the Chick-fil-A brand. On top of this, I missed my tour on campus. Complete crap.
OMG, this has to be the worst Chick-Fil-A in the country. We are here to tour LSU and spent 45 minutes waiting for this order of cold food. The cooks and the order takers (human & kiosks) were way ahead of the one person slowly bagging orders so all of the items were cold and nasty. It definitely soured an otherwise good tour accepted but not committed students.

It had been a while. Was at the mall and it just sounded good. Service was great as always, food was hot and fresh and the classic chicken sandwich combo hit the spot!
