This location will not refund you. ? Worst customer service . Returned a undercooked grilled sandwich and it was still only a issue where they could remake the order. The fries have been horrible here for the past few months. Whoever is in the back salting the fries must be emptying the entire can of salt onto every batch of fries. You can’t get it enough of it off even with scraping it with a knife or wiping it with paper towels. It’s really bad.

It's the lords chicken, it's great. They get orders wrong occasionally but their doing their best!Edit:I wish that the drive through line was swapped and circling was on the inner and exiting was on the outter but then people would block those packing spots in between so I understand their decision.
