Every time I come to this location of Chicken Salad Chick on Lee Drive, I’m disappointed. I decided to give it another try tonight, it is 6:15 on a Saturday night. Their hours online say they are open tonight until 8P, and the place is completely black with no lights on and no cars in the parking lot.

Tasty chicken salad! Very cutesy decor; good if you like that sort of thing, and I do. Nice country music playing. Clean. Waitstaff are mostly quite friendly. Overall, it's a nice local chain; it'd be substandard for a standalone restaurant, but it's much better than typical fast food.

Kia was wonderful & gave us an incredible recommendation for my first time here! I had the jalapeño Holly on a croissant with chicken poblano soup on the side! It was quick to come out and delicious, to say the least. Lastly, I had the white chocolate cake slice, which was to die for!

Asked for extra crackers and watched her pick them up and crush them then hand them to me. Then got home and my order was wrong to begin with. Every time I come here my order is wrong when it’s only a scoop of fancy nancy. The Chicken Salad Chicks in other locations have never treated me this way or got my order wrong. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I told myself that maybe they are just having a rough day yet they are like this every single time I go, never fails. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to a different location because of how rude they are.

Took me 40 minutes to get my order, drive through sucks!!! They need new management. I could have killed my own chicken and made my own sandwich in that amount of time
Ordered a slice of cake. While waiting for my order, a lady walked in and ordered a whole cake. When I finally get my order they say oh sorry we gave the lady AFTER you the whole cake so we don’t have the slice you ordered. Even though I ordered FIRST. Also received a whole bunch of boxes of stuff I didn’t order. They need to get their stuff together because this was a MESS

Food is the only reason to go to this place. Staff consistently sucks. Pick it up and take it to the house.
This place is horrible!! I was recommended to try by a social media “influencer”. She should be sued!! The sandwich was tasteless and the grape salad is disgusting. Tastes like mayo on top of grapes and cinnamon. No!! If you like healthy food but with FLAVOR. Stay away from this establishment. Plus I spent $20 that was not worth it.

We stopped by this store since it was easily accessed off I10 on our way to the beach. Indiana was very friendly and welcoming! The manager on duty(didn't get her name) was the best!! Offered to bag our to-go in ice since we had a few more hours to our destination.
