My husband and I were passing through last week and found this place on Google. We are from Colorado and are sure we looked as we felt (out of place). That aside, wow. The food was WONDERFUL. We had two 2-piece meals with a roll and peppers. If I never have fried chicken again I will know I had some of the best. Thank you to the crew at the restaurant. You made our day!

The service and quality of this place has diminished so greatly. The people you have working in there now are young dumb and flat out unprofessional. They posess zero customer service and behave like a group of idiotic teenagers with their use of profanities and child like antics while they are suppose to be servicing their customers. I guess you have to be a full blown idiot in order to work there now. It will be a long time before I ever visit this location again solely based on the experience I had today. The young silly looking female with that atrocious filthy looking wig on top of her head needs to be fired immediately. She has the worst attitude and has no concept of customer service. I doubt I'll ever support Chicken Shack again simply because of the decline in the quality of workers they have, specifically at this location. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if all of the locations close down soon because I notice they don't have many customers coming in like they did some years ago which speaks volumes. One last thing, PLEASE COUNT YOUR CHICKEN AND CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING BECAUSE APPARENTLY THESE DINGBATS CAN'T COUNT EITHER SMH.

Worst place ever idk if they changed ownership or what the servers was rude they messed my order up twice paid 35 bucks for mixed chicken and 2 side only got dark meat and one side went back in they was nasty and mean I wouldn’t ever go back used to be a good chicken
