By far the worse lunch experience I’ve ever had in the LSU/Downtown area. Paid almost 13 bucks for a kids portioned meal, a cup full of ice with a splash of Diet Coke after I specifically asked for no ice. The service was terrible. I could’ve went to Canes’ and got a proper combo with actual chicken tenders and not tenders broken in half. My 6 piece was actually 3. I’m not from here and this place was suggested to me by a coworker. It’s sad because I do support our own but I don’t understand how they’ve been in business so long with the portions and prices. Who the hell eats a 2 wing combo? I will not be back.

The chicken was dry and shriveled up like it had been sitting there since this morning. The legs were small like they were half eaten. We had to wait on it, so I thought it was going to be fresh.

Everytime I go there long wait time for me don't communicate with customers before you take people money let them no how long they have to wait let them decide if they want to wait 15 minutes to an hour for food then she gets frustrated and throw your food at you because your tried of waiting needs to go to school for hospitality!!!!!!

As I enter the door I was greeted by the cashier . I was looking for bad customer service from hearing and reading a previous review . I ordered my food . It did take some time … 10-12 mins max , but when it came out it was well worth the wait , it was fresh and delicious . Not disappointed , wouldn’t mine going back . #NewLocation
