Im obsessed with chicken wagon! I mostly get the tenders meal and the spice level is always perfect! Their tenders are the best I’ve had in baton rouge honestly. I wish I didn’t live close to it bc it so tempting!

There was literally no seasoning, I asked for medium hotness and there is not even a bit of spice. The sauce is just canes sauce. Atleast the chicken was good sized

Fries, toast, and chicken tenders were all good. Customer service was pretty terrible. First time there and they acted like I should know everything about the restaurant, wouldn't speak up, and were kind of rude.

Chicken was marginal at best. Have had much better fries, other places. But the fact they charged me three extra dollars for honey for six extra packs ridiculous will not be returning. I understand nothings cheap anymore. But if this service would’ve been exceptional, the food would’ve been outstanding. Any other quality would’ve been better. My review would’ve been different but to have all three of them,zero stars that I could.

First time visiting the Staring Lane location, and I came around 3:30 PM on a Tuesday. Everything was made fresh, and my entire order was really good. I got the chicken sandwich combo with mild heat and asked for the coleslaw on the side in case I didn’t like it, but ended up adding it because it was great. The chicken itself was huge, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. I might try the medium spice level next time. The price was a bit on the higher side at just over $14, but considering the portion of fries and the size of the sandwich, it felt worth it. I went through the drive through and the staff members were polite. Definitely recommend.
Way, way to salty. Went back a 2nd time and asked for plain tenders with a side of spice and was refused... So I left. The tenders were juicy the first time but unfortunately couldn't eat for to the salt level.

The same young lady is always rude with a nasty attitude I will never ever spend another dime at this place the customer service is horrible why spend our money at a place that treat you like trash yea I’m definitely good I’ll contact BBB I don’t trust nobody like that making me no food it’s like she was racist or something but no worries I won’t be returning here that’s for sure

Absolutely amazing! Every bite was bursting with flavor — the food was top-tier, fresh, and cooked perfectly. Even though I ordered to-go, I can just tell the dine-in experience would be just as great. Service was quick, and everything exceeded my expectations. A solid 10/10 all around! I’ll definitely be back. Just a heads-up: the portions are huge, so even if you’re really hungry, consider getting a smaller size — you’ll still be full and satisfied!
On my first and only visit, I went in to order because I wanted to ask how the chicken was prepared and combo options. The restaurant was wry clean and basic seating. The staff was friendly and informed me of spice levels. I was adamant that I can’t tolerate spicy food and was assured their mild level was not hot. So I ordered a four piece combo. Fries are average. Mac and cheese is excellent. Upon arrival at home, the visible preparation was beautiful. Nice, golden brown and beautiful coating on four large filets. Upon first bite, the crunch and tenderness were excellent. Then, the fire started! I’ve had hot, spicy, but this was nuclear. So spicy it was inedible. It had a coating that was off the hot scale in my opinion. Four beautiful filets went into the garbage. No one could eat them. If that is mild, I won’t return.
