On my first and only visit, I went in to order because I wanted to ask how the chicken was prepared and combo options.
The restaurant was wry clean and basic seating. The staff was friendly and informed me of spice levels. I was adamant that I can’t tolerate spicy food and was assured their mild level was not hot. So I ordered a four piece combo. Fries are average. Mac and cheese is excellent.
Upon arrival at home, the visible preparation was beautiful. Nice, golden brown and beautiful coating on four large filets. Upon first bite, the crunch and tenderness were excellent. Then, the fire started!
I’ve had hot, spicy, but this was nuclear. So spicy it was inedible. It had a coating that was off the hot scale in my opinion. Four beautiful filets went into the garbage. No one could eat them. If that is mild, I won’t return.

Almost perfect, chicken is tender and juicy prices are decent, fries are good, my only complaint is the small cups, better than Dave's hot chicken, the chicken sandwich combo is my go to, huge boneless breast fried to perfection

I ordered chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, fries, and mac & cheese for my family. The order was ready as soon as I got there the food was very fresh. The staff was very welcoming and very wonderfully priced will definitely be back. Would recommend to everyone!

I was given old chicken for a chicken sandwich. The chicken was very black as if the chicken sat out, got cold, and they redipped in hot oil. They asked if I could wait 8 minutes. I told them no and requested sliders since it will be quicker. They proceeded to make me wait 10 more minutes. Causing me to be very late back to work. I would have returned to work back on time if they didn’t make me wait 10 extra min. I was there for 20 minutes. I really believe they made me wait 10 additional minutes just to be petty. I’m highly disappointed.

The service was amazing! Amanda was very outgoing and helpful, she made me feel welcomed & helped me pick the best meal! The tenders are amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. It was very clean and the vibes were quite refreshing. I will be going back!

The art and the food is great love it but the customer service at the window can be better. The lady with brown hair had a attitute and basically threw me my order today.

The new restaurant on coursey. Cashier was very rude. Repeatedly ask me what on the intercom. Garlic bread wasn't cooked. I asked for a replacement and she had a very nasty attitude. Ask for a refund immediately. Customer service is very important to me.

I’ve come here multiple times and always love the loaded mac and cheese. I came to get a #4 slider combo and loaded mac through the drive thru which I have never done before since I usually order online. Once I got to the window I paid and was given my drink, a lemonade that was sour, but not in a good way, a very foul and off tasting way. I sat and waited for my food for about 20 minutes at the window. I didn’t check the bag once I got it, assuming it was the only order and surely there was nothing to be messed up. Once I got home over 20 minutes away, I opened the loaded mac to see french fries which I realized I had never seen before in the loaded mac and cheese that I usually order. On top of that the fries in my combo were cold, which considering how long I waited I would hope to be served fresh food with the rest of the food that was cooking. I called back and they repeated my order and said I ordered loaded fries and not mac, a miscommunication which is totally understandable. A lady named Genesis told me to return tomorrow and that the problem would be resolved. I got a call a few minutes later from a guy stating that I needed to bring my food back in order to get an exchange, refund, or whatever was supposed to happen. I then again explained I am over 20 minutes away and it is also after 10 pm which means they have also already closed. He then told me I need to bring the wrong order I received back to them tomorrow in order to receive the correct order. Just very silly especially considering there was already a phone call and resolution to the issue. The 2 stars are for the good food. If the place was not managed by children maybe the conflict resolution would go a little smoother.

Chicken wagon. Has excellent customer service. Ate at the restaurant togo best chicken sandwich in Baton rouge we loved it .Hot food .Great atmosphere and great service. Greeted with smiles. We will definitely be back.

Was supposed to get a chicken sandwich combo and a loaded chicken sandwich. The sandwich did not come loaded and we didnt get our drinks either. We werent worried about our drinks until we realized our sandwiches were messed up. And the chicken was so over fried that there wasnt any chicken and just batter. We called and told them about the order and the messed up food and missing items. They guy kept passing us off to “his manager” but once we told her what happened she passed us back. They kept passing us back and forth. They told us we ordered through doordash and to call them when we ordered through their website! They kept telling us no one had the “power” to give us a refund because the boss wasnt there so i asked for their number since he can. They said “we will have to get back to you.” I called them back 20 minutes later and they said to call later to talk to the boss even though she said she was a manager. The attitudes of these workers were so unprofessional and rude, how they kept passing us off to the next person and saying there was no one to help.
EDIT: the owner personally called us on his cell and acknowledged the employee’s behavior were unacceptable and sincerely apologized for everything. He gave us a refund and also offered us more food to replace the order that was messed up. He said if we needed anything at all amy time, to call or text him. The way he handled this situation was everything because not many owners would do this. We truly appreciate it!

Went for the first time and it was absolutely amazing. The loaded fries 10/10.
Edit- I go here with friends a good bit and family. Never once have I had a bad experience. Way better than canes in my opinion. I just absolutely love this place

Over the time the service is becoming real poor. I got raw/bad chicken a couple of times, and never complained as this was a halal option for me. Often I order something and they give something else. Day by day their service is becoming real bad. The servers at the desk don't know how to behave with customers and cannot speak proper English. I know the manager of the store and wish him success. But this is not customer service that you want as a consumer.

MADE A ORDER ON THE PHONE AT 10:30 JUNE 11 2025 THE YOUNG MAN THAT I SPOKE TO TOLD ME THE TOTAL AND WHILE I WAS ASKING HIM TO REPEAT HIMSELF HE HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME WHILE I WAS SPEAKING . I CALLED BACK SO I COULD CONFIRM THE TOTAL AND HE DID IT AGAIN . WHEN I WENT TO PICK MY FOOD UP I PAID FOR MY MEAL AND WAS SPEAKING TO THE SAME YOUNG MAN AND HE PROCEDDED TO WALK OFF THE COUNTER I REDIRECTED HIS ATTENTION BACK TO ME AND CONFRONTED HIM ABOUT HOW I FELT ABOUT HIS LESS THAN PAR SERVICE AND HE TRIED TO LIE TO ME FIRST HE SAID IT WASNT HIM THEN SAID THEY WERE BUSY BOTH WERE OUTRIGHT LIES , HE WAS SITTING ON A STOOL PLAYING ON HIS PHONE WHEN I WALKED IN , BUSY RIGHT ? I LOVE THE FOOD , NEVER LET ME DOWN BUT FROM THIS EXPERIENCE BUT I THINK I WILL SPEND MY MONEY ELSEWHERE IN THE FUTURE AND NOT RECOMMED ANYONE ELSE GO THERE . SHAME I LIKE THE OWNER HES COOL BUT IF THATS THE KIND OF SERVICE HE ALLOWS HIS EMPLOYEES TO GIVE THAN IM DONE...
UPDATE : THE OWNER CALL ME AFTER I POSTED THIS AND INFORMED ME THAT HE WAS RETRAINING THE STAFF AFTER THIS . I WILL GO BACK AND GIVE THEM ANOTHER SHOT . THE FOOD IS REALLY GOOD . BEST FIRES AROUND WHEN FREASH AND STIIL GOOD AFTER SITTING TOO .
