I have been coming to Chili’s for about 6 months now. Met the bartender Oscar and has been his regular since. Oscar provides great customer service. Always is willing to go above and beyond to make sure everyone at the bar is doing well while seated. Along while being a serving too. Never met anyone as friendly as him. Always smiling and in good spirits. I look forward to coming to the establishment and seeing Oscar behind the bar. Food is always good. I normally get the ribeye steak with asparagus. I love it! The atmosphere in Chili’s is always a 10 out of 10.

THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST!!! I ordered curbside on my lunch break. Was emailed my receipt with how I wanted my food…I get back on my job and open the bag and WRONG ORDER!!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH HIRING COMPETENT EMPLOYEES!!! I couldn’t even eat the wrong order it was HORRIBLE!!! Sickening can’t even get what you pay for!!!

Came for lunch with 3 friends. We all ordered. My three friends received their appetizers and entrees. I did not receive my food. Only a drink. Our waiter, Victor or Vector, was nowhere around. He finally came to check on us after everyone else had eaten. I asked about my food. He left for 5 minutes, came back and said we were still waiting on it. I canceled the order, everyone else had eaten and was ready to go. He just walked away. We then had to get a different waitress to give us our checks. They handed Victor the cash. He walked away and pocketed the money. Did not try to bring back change. I never received my food, my friends never received their change. Apparently Mr. Victor felt he did such a good job he should just keep whatever was left over. Never told us his name, I had to get it from a different waitress. Who knows if that was actually his name. No apology was offered. No replacement. Nothing. Just said "okay" when I canceled it. Rude, and he's a THIEF for pocketing my friends money.

The store looked deserted when we entered there was no hostess to seat us. After waiting for five minutes I walked around to the to go order place. It had two employees sitting there just chilling playing on their phones. We got seated ordered appetizers and food but our food came out before the appetizers.The salad wasn’t fresh our server seems to be in a daze. We won’t go back to the siegen lane location again. The service sucked!

Waited 15 minutes for server to come greet us and take drink orders, waited 20 minutes for our drinks and then another 30 minutes for our food…. Server asked if we needed refills and we again waited 15 minutes to get them from another server… needless to say the service is by far the worst I’ve ever seen for a nearly empty restaurant but then again that’s probably why it was empty.

Idk who made my food but I ordered curbside pick up honey chipotle tenders with fries (I’m their biggest fan only thing I get from here it’s that good) and my god…my food was hot and fresh everything was perfect and crispy 10/10 my god thank you to the chef who made my food I love you.
