I went to get my favorite menu item, the saucy Nashville hot mozzarella sticks. As usual, they were great and so was the drink of the month.

Went for lunch with my friend and our daughters. We all really enjoyed our meals. The service was perfect. We loved our waiter. She was so sweet. Not only did she check in on us through out our meal but so did the other staff.

Strap in if you are a doordasher. Late at night? Place almost empty? You walk in when your order is supposed to be picked up in one minute? Of COURSE it'll be ready right? Yeah you would have thought. There has NEVER been a time when I walk in at night beyond 10 o'clock where I didn't wait a ridiculous long time and been late on every order I've ever had and it makes no sense

We have been to this location many times and have not always had the best experience. But tonight we came in and could tell the whole vibe was different in a good way. The music was on point. The cleanliness was the best I’ve seen in a while. Every employee had a smile and I could tell they were working as a team and helping out one another. Our server Gage was awesome. He was so attentive and took care of everything we needed promptly. The new GM Angela was super nice she came around and checked on everything with us. We were super happy our neighborhood Chili’s was better than we’ve ever experienced.

I ordered an online order to pickup from 7:03 to 7:07 on August 2, 2025. Went in at 7:10 pm. Went in to go and was second in line. Mgr came out and helped everyone behind me which was 4 people and left. Came back 5 minutes later and I asked if my order was ready. I was told that she refuses to serve white people. I asked for a refund and she gave me an attitude and left. I asked for a proof of refund she finally came back with an attitude and said it would take 7 days for her to issue a refund. I left and will never go back to this Chilis as the manager, is a white lady who hates white people.

Came in 3 hours before closing, Saturday night, told to wait 45+ minutes even though multiple tables were open in each section.

Maverick was amazing server! Very funny, quick, and attentive. Food was amazing, I will definitely ask for him next time I come in!

Horrible customer service I waited an hour after pick up time for a cookie and chips and salsa when I asked for a refund the girl caught an attitude!!! And didn’t want to give it until I asked for a manager….never again will I be visiting here….update I never received a refund the manager said I will send you confirmation and never did….i will be back tomorrow to speak to another manager about my refund!!!

Just ordered food to go because it was convenient to my home and I haven’t ordered in a while because of constant disappointment. The food ordered for myself and mother was not fresh at all. For her to have a Quesadilla explosion salad, the quesadilla was not fresh nor hot and neither were the crispers that were on top. I ordered a triple dipper, the mozzarella sticks were not fresh at all, if they were you would get a cheese pull, there was NONE! The big mouth burger bites were hot down to the sauce on the burger and the buns which lets me know it wasn’t fresh because it was heated up whole and wrapped. Not to mention curbside is no longer curbside but thankfully I went in to check the food because there were no salad dressings for the salad. It’s like everything is a rush and no real quality. You might as well consider this place like a fast food restaurant; disappointing ALWAYS in ALL WAYS.

Got seated right when we walked in that was the only positive about this visit. After being seated it took over 25 minutes before we had to ask a random waitress who our server was and they walked away to find out to only have us wait another 10 minutes before someone else even came over to ask our drinks. 5 minutes later we got our drinks then had to ask for straws, says they would be right back, never came back we had to ask someone else for straws. 10 minutes later our food comes out look warm dropped off at our table with no silverware or napkins , had to ask yet another person for silverware, saw our server 3 times through out our whole process, easily makes me change my old rating from 5 to 1 stars it was so bad.

Went here on Valentine's day! Very busy the wait for food was long. Waiter was so kind. Found a piece of plastic in my mushrooms, when I got new mushrooms it was very salty.
