Honestly the only Chinese food that I eat from in Baton Rouge. Food is amazing, prices are good, and the amount of food that you get honestly last for like a day.

If you're ever near Airline and Bluebonnet and looking for a great meal, you have to check out this Chinese place. Seriously, it never fails. For about $13 dollars, you get a huge box of food and a drink, and it's always fresh and tastes great. My wife and I frequent this place for takeout because the portions are generous and the food quality is consistently good. If you're looking for a great value, you won't be disappointed.

It's been over a decade since I last stopped by China One, and guess what? They're still holding it down strong If you're craving simple, delicious Chinese food that comes out hot and fast, then this is the spot!

1. Chicken Wings with Shrimp Fried Rice. 2. Honey Chicken with Shrimp Toast & Shrimp Fried Rice.
This is all personal preference... I didn't enjoy yellow rice for the fried rice dish, the shrimp in the combo fried rice were super small and mushy... yuck. The rest of the food was fine, I blew up a toilet at a grocery store after, but I think it was the shrimp.

I absolutely love eating here with my family. I come here at least two times a week with my eight year-old. The buffet is amazing. Even the food to order is great. They even have a general Tso tofu that I love. I alway get an order of shrimp egg roll to go. Love the people, love the restaurant. It’s always clean. Love the staff. Wish I can give them more stars.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant since I was a child. My mom would always order General Tso’s chicken with shrimp fried rice, and if we were lucky, we’d get an egg roll and crab rangoons. Unfortunately, it’s clear that the restaurant is now under new ownership, and the changes have not been for the better.
When I visited a few weeks ago, I ordered my childhood favorite—General Tso’s chicken with shrimp fried rice—only to find that the recipe had changed so drastically that I deemed it inedible. My mom also ordered her usual Sesame chicken, but she couldn’t finish hers either. On top of that, the customer service has declined noticeably. It’s disappointing to see such a beloved spot from my childhood lose its quality.

HORRIBLE!!! Don’t even waste your money. First off, it smelled awful when I walked in. The lady at the register was not attentive at all. The customer service was subpar. The food was horrible. I had the general tso chicken with fried rice. It was straight trash. The chicken had more breading than chicken. The breading was thick and HARD. Also, the sauce was entirely too sweet and thick. The rice was below average as well. The only decent item was the egg roll. I threw everything else away! I will never order food from this place again.
