I came to this chipotle this last Friday and words cannot express how disappointed I was. I have worked under Chipotle for about 2 years and I am beyond upset with how they run this restaurant. From the walking through the door, you are immediately met with dirty tables, long lines, and workers scratching their faces with their gloves on. Not to mention, the chipotle hat is supposed to be worn as a protective barrier against hair in your food, however, I think counted maybe 2 people wearing their hat and having their hair correctly out of the way. After getting my food my total which was about $20, they charged me $3 for 2 vinaigrettes (every other chipotle I have been to does not charge for this). When trying to eat my food, there was no clean tables in sight, which is funny because the lobby should be cleaned every 15 minutes. I understand that it was peak hour, however, there are many other people in the back who aren’t on the line who should be able to go in the lobby and tidy it up if the cashier cannot move. Trash was piled up extremely high, drink station was dirty, and I will NOT be back. Management needs better enforcing on chipotles standards.

This place was exactly what I expected. The food was hot and fresh very flavorful. I got the burrito which hit the spot. The only downside is that this is game day and they were out of the rice I wanted. Other than that I don't have a problem recommending this place to anyone. This was my first time to a Chipotle but we'll be back.

The Chipotle on LSU campus sld be inspected by the public health officials! It was my first going to try them out it was after lunch so empty with maybe 2or3 customers eating inside. What I observed made my stomach turn the food was all over the counters food had not be refilled into clean pans with fresh products ,there was more corn outside of the pan than inside it just isn't appealing and it's considered cross contamination to have all that food spilled out everywhere when there was clearly enough time to clean and restock. I hope the company takes these reviews seriously because they really to make adjustments to that location. I did not bother ordering because I knew just by looking the utensils weren't changed out after lunch rush nor was the food fresh do better before your company makes someone sick (again)

Bad bad bad customer service. Ive been going to chipotle for 10 years and finally they lost me and my families business because they wanted to charge us extra for rice.
Line was long when walked in, but went down very quickly. Employees were very nice and efficient in their service. Restaurant was cleaner than many others I’ve been too. Overall great experience besides the inside being a little warm.
Parking: Parking is difficult. There is a lot in the back of the restaurant but is normally full due to the lot being shared with 5 other stores.
