I normally go to chipotle very often and love their food but today the service was very slow and after receiving my meal & eating some of it, I found a bug in my food.

i would give 0 if i could. everyone always has an attitude, if you ask for more rice because they give you ? this much they act like the world is over. i understand that it’s always busy but customer service should always be priority, the service here sucks. also why do yall ration so much i know you wouldn’t do that for your bowl so why would you do it for mine!! rude ungrateful college students who are mad that they have an 8 am in the morning, don’t take it out on me take it out on ya mammy!

The better of the two Chipotle in baton rouge. For some reason they got it together here.Clean. Food stations look clean and organized despite them getting busy a lot.Can't say the same for the Gonzalez location ?

I have been going to this chipotle for years now & truthfully, if i could visit another location, I would due to the food not being consistent too frequently. I’m not sure what is going on when it comes to them always running out of certain food items.Also, the chips & guacamole being served is a constant issue here.1. Please stop mixing the old guacamole with fresh guacamole! I love the guac here, but it ruins the taste if old guac is being mixed with fresh guac.2. I’m not sure what quality or brand of chips are being used now, but they are never fresh anymore and taste like old grease!!I’m not sure if this place needs new management, but i know for a fact that this Chipotle has tons of potential to be way better than it is now. I still have hope regardless, but hopefully something is done about the issues above.

I was all hyped up to visit Chipotle near LSU. I live some 20 miles away. I was totally let down. The bowl had a small portion of cold meat along with cold pinto beans. The service was like bland and the atmosphere was pretty much non existent for a unit within this company's portfolio. The burrito was bland and unseasoned. The guacamole was okay and sauce was super hot. The drink area was dirty. Just not a good experience at this location. I have eaten at Chipotle many times in Houston, TX and enjoyed each time I dined. I may try another location some 33 miles from my residence to compare dining experience.Parking: Not many parking spaces to talk about.

The Food Was Cold & The Service Was Very Sub Par!! Employees Serve As If They R Doing U A Favor, & Don't Ask For Xtra Beans, Rice, Meat, R Sauce Bcuz They Act As If U're Asking Them 2 Commit A Crime. After Several Hours That Food Has 2 Be Discarded So Why Not Try & Serve Up As Much As Possible. This Has Been A Very Distasteful Experience For Me.

Usually we love Chipotle, but this location stinks. Parking is a nightmare, items on the line are frequently not available (usually guac), and there are always beggars outside making the parking lot unsafe to walk through with kids. And if you think you’ll avoid all that by ordering delivery, be warned: they’ve skimped on our delivery orders 3 times. Baton Rouge needs a new Chipotle in a safer location.

I was missing lettuce for my salad, vinaigrette, AND my queso from my DoorDash order. I will never order delivery from this location again.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever patronized. They’re always out of items and online orders are prioritized over customers that stand in line and order in person. Whoever is responsible for ordering food and managing preparation, needs to be fired ASAP. Years ago, management was actually accommodating when customers were inconvenienced. Now, they shrug and hold up their hands, as if management isn’t responsible for the lack of food and service. And the employees don’t even know that a kids meal without meat comes with a reduced price for guacamole. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. And if you choose to eat here anyway, order online because they actually care if the online customers are satisfied.

I enjoy Chipotle, but almost every time I visit, they run out of food. The staff also gives you too little food, and when you ask for extra sides like corn and sour cream, they act as though you are asking for more. One day, when I went in, they informed me they were out of vinaigrette, but then one of the employees went on break and had three pieces of food with his meal. I really love chipotle but they need to work on some things for better customer service and a better food experienceParking: the parking could be better but it’s about the location
