The Siegen location is well kept and the staff is friendly and attentive. Food is always served hot, and to your order. This location seems very small inside for some reason compared to others, and the chairs are very uncomfortable. I enjoyed the burrito bowl I had and would recommend others to stop in.

I arrived at the Chipotle at 9:20 and once i entered the workers were cleaning as if they were closing early, I started to place my order and the worker proceeded to tell me that they were out of basically everything and my question is why if you don’t close until 10 meaning you clean up after your closed. I will not be back

Service was ridiculously slow. The area where bowls are made was disgusting and server was s tapping bottom of the container rather than getting fresh items. I was happy they opened this location but will not return due to service and lack of cleanliness. I would rather drive to the LSU location than eat at this one again.

Guy serving food around 8:50PM on Sunday 10/12 was absolutely one of the worst people I’ve dealt with. Never smiled or made eye contact once, tried to make a joke to lighten the mood since he was being so dry and he literally just sat there until we kept on with our order. Some customer service etiquette would be nice if he’s going to work in it.

Greeted upon arrival which is always nice. Then I swear THEY WERE SO QUICK. we were in-and-out in less than 5 minutes. And everyone smiled the whole time. This is my first time reviewing a restaurant, but felt like I had to for this experience because it was so epic.

Horrible staff. They are very rude and don’t understand and can not answer the simplest questions. How can you be out of vinegarette at 11am? When asked when they will have more she eventually says they are making it but can’t put a time on it. That’s after we had left and come back for it because we ordered it on the mobile app and already paid. I don’t understand the nasty attitude, it’s very off putting.
