Okay so I had a bad experience here. The employees don't seem outright bad, from the outside it seems like an issue with management, or possibly just employee apathy. The restaurant itself was messy, with food on most tables. I placed an order online with Chipotle's website. I showed up on time to collect that order and waited 10 minutes before asking the 2 women on either side of me if they were also waiting for their orders. They said they were, and both had been for about 30 minutes. I went to the ordering line to complain, as there was literally no one placing an order at the time. We were the only 3 customers but still no one seemed concerned about asking us if we were waiting for something. After I complained all of the orders came out within 3 minutes. They were also out of chips, which I wasn't having, but seems like another area of oversight. The food was fine.

11/19/2024 I visited the Chipotle on Siegen Lane after attempting to order online numerous times with the online website. Pulled up to the drive thru to discuss my experience with the website, the manager (younger white female) stated that the message from the screenshot provided was telling me to submit payment on the website…so I read the message again 👀 in complete shock! I attempted to make the payment while showing her, she stated I will need to come inside the restaurant and place my order! If this location offers pickup and technology is an issue, the customer shouldn’t be held responsible! If you cannot pay at the restaurant pickup window for a pickup order, the notification needs to be removed….
In 2024, this location needs major attention from Leadership!

I recently visited this Chipotle Siegen location for the second time and BOTH times I was disappointed, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. First off, this location is entirely too new to be so horrible. The customer service was awful—staff were rude, and acted like they didn’t want to be there.
On top of that, the restaurant was filthy. Tables were sticky, the floor was covered in food debris, and the trash cans were overflowing. The drink station was a mess, with lids and straws scattered everywhere, and it looked like no one had cleaned it all day.
To make matters worse, the food didn’t seem fresh. My meal was cold and sloppily prepared, and I couldn’t even finish it because I was too grossed out by the overall environment.
This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I won’t be coming back. Chipotle really needs to step up its game when it comes to cleanliness and treating customers with respect at the Siegen location in Baton Rouge, La!!

I ordered a Togo order through the app for the first time. It stated on the app that as a freebie I could get free chips and guacamole. Upon going to the establishment, I went through the drive thru window. On 11/14/24 a young lady opened the window and just looked at me. No greeting or smile. I let her know I was picking up an order and she just hands me by bag and doesn’t say anything. I let her know I had a drink as well and she grabbed it again, no words and handed to me. This is what prompted me to actually open my bag to check my order due to her lack of customer service and did not see my freebie of chips and guacamole. I asked her about this before driving off and she states “it’s not in the receipt so I can’t give it to you” but as I explained to her it was a promotion due to my first time ordering on the app. She continued to go back and forth with me and I just said forget it. Horrible location, food was cold and mushy. Will never be back.

This location just like all Siegen food stores sucks. employees are rude and unprofessional. Poor old lady in front of me was ordering and obviously had a hearing issue. The manager was so freaking rude to her as well as talking to her with such an awful tone. So funny to me when low skill / wage workers think they can be rude.

First time to this location. They were out of white rice. Found that somewhat weird. It was 4 pm in the afternoon. Workers were polite. Had to wait a few minutes for the cashier to complete her conversation with another worker. Overall, I will be back to try again.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CHIPOTLE. They ain’t even been open that long and the workers are SO RUDE. Anytime you ask for something extra they get an attitude. When I asked for napkins she ignored me and they had no spoons… we waited a whole hour in line for them to be out of sour cream. Just irritated because I’ve been here more than once and it seems like everytime i go it’s a bad experience. I’m done after this.

I was so excited to try the new Chipotle restaurant in Baton Rouge LA. I went to the restaurant to try the brisket. To my disappointment they were out. I got the steak instead and when I did AGAIN disappointment set in. Out of the healthy helping of steak I received I was only able to eat 3-4 pieces. All the other pieces had fat and grisel on each one of them. I winded up having to give the steak to my dogs as I could not eat it.

So I went to chipotle for nachos and they told me they couldn’t do it for me. When I asked for assistance they were rude. all they had to do was put my nachos in the bowl first but if you couldn’t do that then they could have offered to put all of my toppings in a bowl and nachos in separate container but they acted like it was so difficult. They didn’t have consideration or good customer service. I left with chips and salsa. Izzos would have done it for me. Im not going back to chipotle on seigen. The one by lsu has done this for me before because it was once on the menu and also nobody’s going out of the way to make nachos. I don’t mind paying for what I wanted

I was a little reluctant to visit due the Google reviews. However, I just moved to this part of town, and was excited when I saw the grand opening of this Chipotle. I visited because I wanted my own experience, and honestly, I'm so glad I went. I did the online order, and it was on the rack when I walked in. My bowl was packed, and the ingredients were super fresh. The rice was perfect, the meat was tender, and the sauces and guac were really good. The employee I ran into also was very sweet to me. I wish I knew her name so I could put her in this review. I was able to eat dinner, and bring leftovers to work the next day. I recommend this place.
