Okay so I had a bad experience here. The employees don't seem outright bad, from the outside it seems like an issue with management, or possibly just employee apathy. First time to this location. They were out of white rice. Found that somewhat weird. It was 4 pm in the afternoon. Workers were polite. Had to wait a few minutes for the cashier to complete her conversation with another worker. Overall, I will be back to try again.

I was a little reluctant to visit due the Google reviews. However, I just moved to this part of town, and was excited when I saw the grand opening of this Chipotle. I visited because I wanted my own experience, and honestly, I'm so glad I went. I did the online order, and it was on the rack when I walked in.
