Myself, my husband & our son visited here recently and we weren't impressed and won't be back. The atmosphere/decor was severely lacking. It looks like one business moved out and the new business moved right on in without branding it as their own.My son wouldn't finish (took 3 bites) his ice cream and said it had a funny taste to it, what does that mean for a kid? Who even really knows what kids are thinking, but I understood that he doesn't want to return because he said "I don't think I want to come back here"I didn't finish mine because to me it was disgusting and I just didn't like it. It may be someone else's "cup of tea", but it surely isn't mine and apparently my 7 yr olds either.My husband ate all of his. Was it because he loved it? No, it was because he refused to waste the money he spent on it.If you're looking for ice cream in Central your best bet is to hit up one of the 4 grocery stores and just get something you know your family will eat.

After I ordered a cookies and cream cone and waited 15 minutes, I was told their vanilla ice cream was not done freezing and they said it was soft serve. They asked if I wanted to switch my order (which I appreciate) but I said no thanks since I didn’t want to wait any longer and usually like soft serve. Once I received the ice cream it was much more liquified than soft serve…I would recommend letting your customers know if you are out of a flavor… although I could see how it would be embarrassing to say you’re out of vanilla.
I’m a simple flavor ice cream lover, so I can only speak about the chocolate shake. It was one of the best I’ve had. Good job, Christian!
