I first visited the establishment before planning my granddaughter's party and spoke with the GM, Mike, whose demeanor and customer service are top tier. I recommend visiting the place yourself before making a judgment. So, my granddaughter's birthday party was held yesterday, and my son and I are extremely satisfied with the experience. Priya, our party hostess, was phenomenal; she showcased exceptional attentiveness and effectively managed the needs of a dozen children. Initially, I thought I would need to assist with certain tasks, but Priya efficiently handled everything, from filling drinks to serving pizza and lighting the birthday candles. We will definitely return and request Priya's services as our hostess in the future. Thank you for contributing to a special and memorable party for our princess.

Had my son’s birthday party here. They did an amazing job coordinating everything. My son saw the commercials and never actually went to a Chuck E. Cheese before. He was very excited playing as much as possible. We went with the birthday package and it was a great deal for the kids to have unlimited game play for 2 hours.

This place COULD get better if they had employees that actually like humans & not had attitudes since you walk in the door. The pizza is actually good and the games aren't bad either, but the prizes are terrible and the prices to play the games is unreasonable.

I'm writing to share my recent experience at the Baton Rouge, Louisiana location. As a loyal pass holder for the past 4 years, I've enjoyed visiting with my kids and appreciate the entertainment and dining options.
Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. The food quality was subpar - the fries were frozen and the pizza was undercooked. As a pass holder with 500 points, I was given 2 cards with only 250 points and the staff didn't resolve the issue.
Additionally, my daughter was told she was too tall for the trampoline after a 35-minute of her being on , and I didn't receive a refund. When I asked about the annual light-up cups, the staff seemed unaware of the ITEM.
The manager with glasses (who is usually helpful) wasn't present during my visit, which may have contributed to the issues.
I'd appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take steps to improve the experience at the Baton Rouge location. As a loyal customer, I value the service and quality that Chuck E. Cheese typically provides, and I'm hoping to see improvements.

Prices have gotten ridiculously high, the prices for the play cards are ridiculous. The trampoline and play area should be included in the prices and the food took forever to come out. It was about 10 customers in the place and the service was awful.

The workers was very attentive for my babies Birthday but it took forever for us to get our wing because they forgot about them

We visited in a Saturday and it was very crowded and busy. The line to order food was backed up and only one cashier working. Ordered four pizza and they were not the Chucky Cheese pizzas I remembered.
Would not recommend going. Dirty diapers on the floor where games are, not toddler friendly and the bathroom changing tables are broken.

The facility was nice and clean. The staff was super friendly. However to see patrons doing hair like it was a hair salon while people are trying to eat pizza was horrible.

I booked my daughter’s 4th birthday party here- and I’m so glad I did! Everything went amazing and the party hosts did such a great job! We all had so much fun. I will always recommend a Chuck E Cheese birthday party from here on out.

We come here almost daily well my child fell today and one of the old men who work on the games told him to just get up and he would be fine I’m sorry but this is unacceptable they make me question if I’ll keep my membership
