If I could 0 stars I would. Placed our order and began playing games at 5:30. I spent $164, ordered 2 pizzas, a giant cookie, wings salad etc. It’s 7 PM as I type this and we still have no food. NONE. Go up to the pick up area and ask how long will our food be, the lady says oh you’re right after the party, it’ll just be 5 mins. Wait another 30 minutes, go up to the pick up window, another lady asks to show our receipt and the buzzer, apparently someone had taken our food and we were just waiting for nothing. The same lady then proceeds to ask where we were sitting and I assume went to the back to determine if we got the food or not. Then she comes out and asks did we want a refund or the food to go. A refund which would take 3 business days. Ma’am, I have been at your establishment for 2 hours with food on my mind and 3 hungry, antsy children. If I wanted the food to go or a refund I wouldn’t have come to your establishment. I haven’t been here in years and won’t be back. The handling of your services for people who spend their hard earned money is slim to NONE.
UPDATE: thanks to the awesome manager who made it right! Ended up getting half of my order then was still waiting for wings. After another 30 mins, apparently someone had taken our food AGAIN after it was fixed over for a second time. I understand it was busy but the workers should pay attention and give food to the person with the nicer. I literally still had the buzzer when the manager helped me. Manager 10/10. Thank you!

Kid-friendliness: Kid zone entire place is full of family and kid environment
Wheelchair accessibility: They also offer wheelchair access and ramp with parking in front specifically for the handicapped and wheelchair users
The building and games needs some TLC and updating and upgrading. Dance floor is broke. Carpet is tearing. Everything is sticky. Still had a decent time tho.

I brought my 19 year old autistic grandson on Nov.26,2024 to meet my sister and brother-in-law for lunch. My grandson started playing the game enthusiastically, as usual. When he realized that his game points were going too fast, he had a ‘meltdown’. As I tried to convince him that we had to leave if he didn’t calm down, the very attentive and polite gentleman in charge offered to add time to his playing card. This thoughtful gesture calmed him down, and we were able to stay longer to finish our lunch. I want to commend this young gentleman for his kindness and understanding of a difficult situation. I am so appreciative of him. God bless him.

Went to take my son on a Wednesday as a reward for his hard work plus it's a good mental get away for an 8 year old. It was slower than weekends so he was able to access any game he wants with minimal wait. We have the app so got good deals on food and gameplay. They recently added a mini trampoline area for kids to play but it does cost extra. Something to look forward to the next time we visit.

The staff is very slow, not too friendly. Had to wait for some to let the kids jump. You can only pause the card once, so if paused to go, the bathroom can not pause to eat .
