I enjoyed the time that I spent with my grandson. They really enjoyed themselves and the food was excellent.

Hello Readers, Background:I am an avid arcade junkie and frequently visit any I come across. Recently, I’ve been hitting up Chuck E. Cheese and its various locations. I spent about $32 for just over an hour of play. This location was a solid experience but nothing above and beyond. Food:I purchased no food, so I can not review that aspect of the location. Games:I played about 90% of the ticket games (skipping over most shooters and other lengthy story driven ones). A handful of them were broken such as an Egyptian coin pusher, the Simpsons soccer, and down the clown. Others seemed faulty but not entirely unplayable. Some just didn’t work well with the current mechanics of the new-ish card system. Any game that dispenses a coin to play is slow and clunky as I have to wait about 10 seconds before I can get another coin. In some cases, this disables the jackpot feature as I’m supposed to rapid fire coins but am unable. There was a wide selection of games to choose from. They had plinko games, timing games, physical games, luck games, and shooter games. Many of these I had never seen, usually because they were ancient, not new. There was however a lack of enticing coin pusher games. My least favorites included Goal Line Rush (impossible to win) and Big Bass Wheel (values too low and used spinning mechanic instead of lever). My favorites included Pop the lock, Monster Catcher, and Jum:p (even though I was trash at it). The ticket farming at this location is very limited.PLEASE add the minions jelly lab game. I’m begging you! Atmosphere/Sanitation:The overall cleanliness of the building was excellent. I did see messy tables, but I assume staff aren’t supposed to clean them until they are confident the people are finished/gone. I went into the (male) bathroom, and it was perfectly clean, not shinning but above average.I arrived during a child’s birthday party, and consequently, there were a lot of people. A lot of the children were running around; I saw multiple parents/siblings hunting down a runaway child. However, I don’t mind this much as I understand they’re just kids. The vibe was what to expect from a slightly hectic birthday party. Staff:The staff were average. I didn’t have many interactions with them. Somebody cleaned most of the time (I think). The prize area wasn’t manned constantly, only when needed. And since it was a birthday party, Mr. Cheese himself made an appearance. The kids appeared to greatly enjoy his presence as the Chuck E. Cheese Show (?) played in the background. The manager, when I visited, was excellent. I had three coupons for a lot of tickets, and the manager was able to add them all to my card hassle free. I received these coupons from another Chuck E. Cheese through an unorthodox method due to a missing manager card, so I’m glad they worked without any setbacks. After every Chuck E. Cheese visit, I tend to grab a small treat, usually a lollipop. When I went to purchase my item, the manager gave it to me for free. While yes, the item was only 100 tickets (it was 60 at a different location), it was a nice gesture and went along way. So thank you Mr. Manager. I really appreciate it. It made my little visit. Overall:My experience at this Chuck E. Cheese was limited as the game selection was quantity but lacked quality. However, it was redeemed through an incredible staffing experience. I hope to return to this Chuck E. Cheese when I get the chance. Thanks for listening to me ramble,Ice

Food too expensive $133 for 3 pizzas 1 topping each, 10 pieces buffalo wings and 6 drinks, we have to wait 1 hour 45 minutes since we order the food to the time the food was ready and the drinks were awful, my recommendation for this place is to go eat somewhere before and then go to chuck-e-

Had us waiting for pizza for about an hour. Had to complain and realized they had forgotten to make our order. Gave us free salad bar plates. But still mediocre service.

WHY are we giving parents beer at a Chuck E Cheese? A birthday full of sweater-vested white people came in and every parent had a beer in their hand. They were the rudest, most entitled bunch of people that took over the Chuck E Cheese. The kids would push my kids and other kids out the way, including my stroller with my disabled son, and the parents were too buzzed to notice. On top of this, the amount of times we were asked by other families if our son was “with us”, including a random woman who stopped us at the door. Our son is adopted. He does not look like us. Families like this exist. All of our issues stood with other guests, except the sketch picture booth that snagged our legs when we sat down because there’s a metal point sticking out of the bench. Along with many broken, out of service games.

Animatronics were the best part and a huge piece of my childhood. I was looking forward to seeing them again only to find out they were removed- y'all seriously could've gotten more buisness after the Fnaf movie that was a huge missed opportunity. Now it's just modern and boring. Doesn't look appealing at all anymore without the animatronics. But y'all too lazy to actually keep up with animatronic maintenance so it was bound to happen I guess. Not to mention the tickets and coins are replaced by cards?? Cards. No child would be excited by a card. Tickets and coins were amazing to collect and have little "souvenirs" if you didn't get prizes- I remember me and my friends used to always be excited to bring home tickets and coins. But now it's just a piece of plastic. Hella disappointing and the worst "upgrade" I've ever seen. It's more of a down grade than anything. Not to mention the new characters are hideous.

30.00 for an hour of playtime. Half of the games don't work or missing balls/pieces. This place needs a serious upgrade for the money they want.
