I just left Church’s Chicken and witnessed something disturbing. A young man opened a bag of raw chicken, dipped his gloved hands inside, and pulled out the unwashed, bloody chicken before coating it in flour to fry—without washing the chicken or changing his gloves. I saw this as I pulled around to the drive-thru.

Concerned, I brought it up to the young lady taking my order, and her response shocked me: “Oh, that’s how we do our chicken. We don’t wash it.” I pointed out that he didn’t change his gloves, meaning he contaminated the flour, the bucket, the basket, and the grease. This is how bacteria and salmonella poisoning spread! She didn't have a concern about the issue

I will not be eating here again.

Store door locked at 4pm and the line is full just about to the main road. I hope minimum wage stays a thing at this place seriously

I don’t even know why “did you get dine-in” is an option, they keep the store locked so that the drive through line can spill out onto all the streets around it. Quality of food is bleh. Service is slow. Atmosphere? Idk I can’t go inside.

I always come to this location but today customer service was horrible the lady at the window was more worried about having the conversation with her co-worker then taking my order then she rushed me with the order and still got the order wrong I went inside to get the order the lady at the front counter just stood there so I asked for a refund and was told the owner have to be there for me to get a refund so she correct the order I can honestly say it was waste the money the rice was hard the chicken had no season I would never go back to this location again

The service was poor. Worker was unprofessional and rude. I wait was long.

This use to be the best churches but the last few times I've gone it been straight up trash. Today they didn't put any of my sides in and the chicken was DRY. Tried calling back to get the side items I ordered and they won't even answer the phone.

The chicken is always fresh and the people always make sure your taken care of. the store is always clean. The only problem is this place is extremely slow.
