Didn't get my order correct! I had to go back after I made it home! Chicken taste like old grease! Taste like they double dip it; the skin on the chicken was extra hard! And they didn't have any ketchup! I should have just got a refund!

I was in the area so I decided to walk to Church’s for lunch. They had guest in the lobby as I approached the door! But when I walked in I was told the lobby was closed. I was confused because I was looking at maybe 7 or 8 people sitting at tables. Then I was told to go out and walk through the drive through. When I began to get upset, another worker I assume it was the manager who was standing in the lobby talking to the people sitting. Said I could stay and order. The customer service was horrible and i should have followed my first mind and left because I was so upset I didn’t enjoy my food….

The why this place is busy with no staff, entry locked @ 8pm. Visitation like a prison with staff family or friends setting right at the order counter? Never having this or out of the other. Why is it that in the BLACK COMMUNITY we have to be subjects of less than, and more ghetto fab services. No respect, on their phones, cannot get a request or order correct. Deserving of Zero rating....DONE!

I really wish they had a -1 star rating! On Sunday August 6th 2023 at 10:30am. First off I don't know if the young lady was a manager or worker, however she came to the door after we stood outside looking in for 20min she comes to the door with cellphone in hand,(talking to boyfriend/husband or significant other)unlocked the door and stated "we don't got no chicken"! She was dressed in pajamas, shirt,and a night head bonnet! Like she has just rolled out of bed and came straight to work. SMH!!! SO the question was asked how long before chicken will be ready? She stated, " I don't know, I ain't no cook, and the cook ain't come yet". So now I have a questions, Church's Chicken Owners/Managers"Do you allow your workers to come to work with pajamas on, on the weekends? And why isn't the staff cross-trained? Or why wasn't the managers there to at least fill in for no call no show workers? This is not the first time this has happened on Plank at Hollywood store and I am almost positive it will not be the last time!

It was about 9:05pm when I pulled up to the drive through. I was first told it was going to be a 20min wait. That's fine with me when I tried to order I was told " let me see if I got some white meat" " we don't have any sides" " do you still want to order? When I made it to the window the sign side close @10p. I waited and got old hard white meat. The dark meat was freshly cooked. The chicken was bland no taste what so ever. Moral of this story keep your ? money in your pocket, it just ain't worth it
