Church's Texas Chicken

I love eatting at churches chicken . I would rather them over Popeyes but the recent service I get when I drive from Zachary because our location is closed. I specifically go to churches for there chicken tenders , after 7pm the airline & plank road location apparently stop half the menu , everybody doesn’t eat chicken legs & thighs & I drive pretty far to get the food I desire. This is unacceptable. The drive thru employees are very rude & need better customer service skills.

I attempted to order food with the monstrosity of a cashier who an instantaneous attitude which gave me the impression that she was going to contaminate my food with the filthy existence of her and the restaurant. Avoid at all cost. Have vaccines on hand if you decide to go.

Today1/16/2025 at4:20pm ,this is ridiculous, they let people in,the lobby assuming to make orders,only after 5 or 6 people standing there to order,then they us were ll only taking drive thru orders,that bad business practice, it's fine if you only do DT,but lock the door and post that,

Very rude customer service 2nd time of them not getting my order right that place needs to be shut down

I've never been to a Church's before. The staff was welcoming and inviting. I didn't know what to order, and they gave recommendations. All of the food was both hot and fresh. They offered food that they'd still have to cook, that's how hot and fresh they were willing to go with their recommendations.

After ordering, we sat and waited only a few minutes before they delivered it to the table. They asked us if we were planning on takeout or dining in and offered to bring out trays.

Corporate professional? No. But I am glad that the employees here weren't because it felt more like going to a friend's house than a robotic machine. Their personalities came through, and it felt like the team wanted to be there. It felt like real people, cooking damn good chicken, actually caring about the product they produce.

Absolutely will go back.

Place is dirty and employees just sitting around

I ordered a 10 piece chicken I was pulled to the side for the chicken to cook. When I got home and about to feed my grandchildren I see they gave me 2 legs and eight thighs which 6 of them were not cooked completely. Ugh ! I’m so frustrated I’ve called several times no one answered. I mean it’s disgusting that they are rushing and under cooking the chicken . Not to mention giving me a box of thighs . I never eat at churches but it was right there after a long day shopping. To still be home looking for something to feed my grandchildren because I put the whole box in the trash. Never ever again.

Tired of the chicken tasting like nothing but grease they need to season the chicken better and keep the grease fresh the inside needs remodeling as well 🤞🏾

I had to go to this particular place more than one time because I don't know if it was the chicken that they bought that tasted nasty or they just served nasty food but the third time I will the chicken was on point
