Church's Texas Chicken

They gave me mild chicken when I ordered spicy. This was one of the worst stores. Try another one.

The customer service is horrible. U have to sit in drive thru line for 30 minutes before you can place an order with only one car at the window to find out they never have anything u want. Pathetic.

I spent and wasted $30 here. I ordered the 10 pc meal and I literally got 3 breast and 7 LEGS! Mashed potatoes with NO GRAVY. I even came back to ask for gravy and they were out of it smh. Just no! They had me go back and forth only to waste gas and time. And they claim the inside isn’t open so yu automatically have to wait in a ridiculously long line. SAD!

I have never been so disgusted in my life this churchs is filthy the staff are rude. they're impatient and they're disrespectful it doesn't make any sense. I pulled into line to order and the extremely rude young lady that was only microphone with so impatient With me even though no one in line I was the only person that was in line. I started to order and she just had the worst attitude So I left .

Will never go there again. Period. What a bunch of incompetent people. I think that guy that waited on us was new. The manager took care of our issue with the drinks, so that was good. But we ordered the 25.99$ mixed order - not the 10.99$ order (of only the thighs and legs) and received NO breasts with our order. Not to mention that my father in law was way mad about not getting spicy because only some of it was spicy. Took forever to get the order together. Still waiting on the biscuits and the 'new' guy just looked lost after I'd already waited for over 10 minutes. He was confused why I was still waiting there. I said "um, I'm missing some biscuits". All I have to say is it was a dang hassle and I won't be going back there ever again. I do have to give a shout out to the manager lady that took care of my lemonade request. I also have to say that I understand that people are not working, places are understaffed, etc. So I'm not hating.... but I will not go back there again. Manager was on top of helping though so I thank her for that.

No spicy white sold after waiting over 20 minutes and told they don't do refunds, they have to call somewhere. I want my money back you do not have what I want. After a couple of minutes she brings me refund to car. What the heck!

We wanted some chicken today! We pulled up they already had a few cars in front of us and they haven't even moved the line! So after waiting 20 minutes they finally moved but we decided to try to go inside because gas is high so we went inside and the lady instantly told us y'all have to go through the drive thru why would the door still be opened if you guys wasn't taking public service. Young black people with no enthusiasm for work

I love church’s. I just hate when they don’t have biscuits and offer those rolls. Other than that , the people are friendly and the food is always awesome. Love it.

Waited over 20 minutes while it was storming only 1 car in front of me can literally see through the glass by the speaker employees smoking/vaping in the building by the food is UNACCEPTABLE I will be calling corporate the the chucked was dry cold and old

This churches on plank rd need to close back down give their employees a customer service class and then proceed to reopen they attitude sucks.

Filthy place. Parking lot concrete is so broken that it's hard to get to the order speaker. Waited 12 minutes AT the speaker reading a mini menu smeared with dirt and wiped with a banana featuring only combos, with 2 cars ahead of me then gave up and left.I remember enjoying their chicken but not from such a disgusting location.... management?????

May 17th 2022. I decided to get chicken for dinner. I pulled over and checked my bag the chicken was cold items was missing out my bag. I went back to get fresh hot chicken. Chicken was Refried hard I couldn't even eat the chicken disgusting. The time I went was round 4 PM everyone on that crew should be fired!!

Slow service but food was on point. Friendly workers.

The Manager Lakisha was very helpful an courteous. Took time to help us with our order she also had hot and fresh chicken and tenders ready for us. All of the crew was very polite. I will be returning there very soon.

It has been better I guess the cook this day was just not having a good day other than that great service
