I went to this location 2/7/25 bought 16 piece of chicken with 3 sides. They didn’t have the okra I wanted so I substituted it for corn on the cob. The lady in the window was nice she brought it out to the car. When I made it home I realized that it was 8 pieces instead of 16 pieces. Went back to get the rest of the food and the manager had an attitude about the situation. The lady in the window was nice trying to do everything she could to make it right. Her manager got mad at her told her to go in the back and don’t come back. Just down right unacceptable behavior for a manager.

Absolutely horrible. I stayed in drive thru for over 30 minutes to get to the window and they do not have my order. I'm not going back ever!!! Y'all deserve 0 on everything

I really can't give an efficient review on anything at this facility. When I went it was about 15 minutes before closing time, they refused to serve me and told me they were closed. They were rather rude because at forst they just ignored me. But the door was unlocked. And I personally felt the closing time was way early for a place next to the interstate attached to a gas station that was open 24 hours. But that's my opinion.

Not all Churchs are equal in taste. This Churchs is hard to pass without stopping!

I ordered the 3 piece combo and it was awful by the time I got home! It was near closing time before 8pm and the breast was dry, the thigh had too much fat , undercooked, ??‍♀️ then the wing burnt dried ? ? plus my apple pie didn’t look fresh so I ended up eating the dirty rice, biscuit and piece of the breast. That combo wasn’t worth $14.38❌?? I understand they were ready to go home but don’t rush and give people burnt, dried food ??‍♀️ NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN ‼️‼️

I went to Church’s on highland to pick up a mobile order my fiancé placed on the app. This was on September 28th around 10:30am. When I arrived I sat at the drive thru no one answered. I drove around there was a note on the window that said to go to the drive thru. I go back no one answers. So I pull up to the drive thru window because the meal is already paid for. This woman with plats in her hair I guess she was dressed like a man. She come to the window screaming thru the window “Do it look like we got chicken?” I’m thinking isn’t this church’s chicken? I guess she meant that they didn’t have anything ready even though they opened at 10 and it was 10:30. To make a long story short she was just going off like I was wrong for coming there so I left. I also let her know I was going to contact corporate. We have been calling corporate for 2 weeks. We received no apology. No compensation for our food WE PAID FOR‼️ WE DIDN’T EVEN GET A REPLACEMENT FOR THE FOOD WE NEVER RECEIVED. Today October 8th still no refund. This is the worst customer service experience I ever had in my life.

Since I am from Texas, Church's Chicken has always been a favorite. Loved the sides, chicken was delicious.

I went to the drivetru first, and the lady on the speaker said, "Come inside. I asked why, and she said they only taking orders from inside. I went inside and ordered two piece special. No greetings or anything. Another customer ordered same thing and add fries, came up over $8, the customer said that's too, take off the fries, she said well the price right there on the menu in smart mouth way. He said, all I asked you was to take off the fries, no need for all this extra stuff. I got my order. The guy that prepared said he didn't like being there. I didn't get any napkins or anything. The biscuit taste like just dough, the chicken needed more time to cook. It was very disappointing. I was there on August 29th at 1:30pm.
