Close to local APA member visiting friends. Was stoked to visit and then we walked in before 9 pm. Needless to say the experience lasted all of 6 minutes. We were informed we could bring food in but couldn't order because "her fryers were already off" when asked about a pool table was informed that they were " by the hour and are $12.00" "we get a card from you (customer) and open up a tab and it clocks your minutes" and "I could be added to a list for the first available" There were clearly multiple empty tables to play on. When asking approximately how long of a wait, she rolls her eyes and replies its my Saturday night what do you expect.... I thanked her kindly and we (2) headed straight for the door. I am lucky my home bar doesn't treat new faces in such a way. So for the "her" behind the bar thanks but no thanks and your website should reflect a bit more of what you actually do instead of what you say you offer.

Horrible service, the bartender/"manager" seems miserable every time we come in... has a terrible attitude and makes you feel extremely unwelcome please save your money and go somewhere else.

Manager Heather:Racist, rude, and mental.All in one comboWent in with some friends today to play some pool here since they have one of the best pool tables in Baton Rouge. Throughout time, my friend was looking for a cue to use and accidentally mistaken some guys cue stick for the business cue's stick. He apologized and returned it after a few minutes the manager came angry at my friend , not sure if she had some drinks but she is well known and hated of her bad attitude with customers. yelling talking to him as if he is 7 years old, insisting on to tell her where he found the stick after he told her and she wanted him to be specific putting pressure on asking where specifically with some type of attitude. After she threatened to kick him out because he didn't like the way she talked to him and pointed it out, she started using her roles as if she has some type of authority over customers to kick out for some reason. As we were leaving she yelled, "and do not speak Arabic here you are in America" said the manager.

This place is the only place in Baton Rouge has a good pool tables and we love playing there, but the employees is the worst employees I've ever seen in my entire life. Epically heather she sets the worst example of un employee to the rest of them and they all learning her poor customer service, I've been there at least 10 times the past month the least I spend 100 not even once she treated us or greeted nicely to top off she was sloppy drunk. I feel sorry for this place especially I'm well aware of costumers service im a general manger at restaurant and I would never dare to give any costumers such a poor costumer service. Also I feel bad leaving a bad review my attention not to effect this business I just hope this get to the people who actually care about this business.

Manager Heather: Racist, rude, and mental. All in one combo Went in with some friends today to play some pool here since they have one of the best pool tables in Baton Rouge. They've got brand new Diamond tables in there so that's a plus if you play league and are trying to make it to Vegas, since Diamond is what they're playing on in the championship games in Sin City. Atmosphere is more frat house than pool hall, but all the serious players know each other, and we tend to dominate the tables. Drink prices aren't bad and there are a few really great bartenders there, Katherine in particular. Of course there's always that one hooker who can eff it up and leave a bad take in your mouth.... I usually go there if I don't have much else going on, and i know some of my friends are up there running racks.
Everyone was cool and friendly(patrons), bartenders didn't care that we dropped a few hundred dollars in a couple of hours, they were interested in other things.

Great place, but charged my buddy for billiards when we played darts and told us a drink was 4 bucks, then charged us 7.50 each. Lying to your customers to make more money is a terrible business practice, I will not bring friends here ever again.

I haven't been to this place since before COVID but it's become such a nice place! It's clean, well lit, and the tables are very nice and well kept. The bar service is quick and they have a wide variety of drinks. We didn't get food but it sure smelled good. Highly recommend for date night!

It's always a great atmosphere and the staff's friendly. Usually we stay a few hours and drink a few beers, the pool play itself is free.
