Kiara at the food court was so helpful & nice today! I ordered 2 pizza slices, a drink, & a fruit smoothie. Since Costco only takes Visa, I’m limited to using my debit card as payment. It declined. I realized it was expired. While I was trying to figure out what I was going to do, the cashier Kiara told me, “I got you!” And she pulled out her phone & used her tap to pay & paid for my meal!

Nothing beats the prices for pizza or a hot dog when I'm in the mood. The staff are always nice, and the place is clean..frequently you'll have to deal with quite a crowd, but I always call in my order then it's waiting on you when you get there..just pay at the kiosk, and you are served quickly.

You make an appointment at Costco in the tire center is like waiting at a doctors office. Over 2 hrs still waiting to get a tire checked out.

Went to Costco in Baton Rouge today to start my membership. I was helped by a young lady at the membership counter named Myiah (?sp ). She was simply amazing. Incredibly efficient, fast, knowledgeable and delighted to help. After I finished with her and she gave me my card, I needed to go to another section of the store and she led me all the way across the store to make sure I got there. Plus, she called ahead to make sure my contact would be waiting for me. I was quite simply STUNNED. I do not get that type of service in upscale, high-dollar shopping meccas. Half an hour later, my wife showed up to get her picture taken for her card and she was also helped by Myiah (?sp). My wife was also shocked with her super level of customer service. After getting my wife set up with her card, Myiah walked her across the store to where she knew I was. Who does that these days? Costco may pay their employees well but, still, Myiah was going way above and beyond the call of duty. She is a great asset to the Costco organization. We purchased Samsung Front load washer and dryer. Washer had small dent on the front. They offered to replace or give us a credit. We chose the credit. When we tried to use the washer they had not bolted to the base and when it got to the spin cycle it would vibrate into the wall. After numerous attempts in speaking with the logistics team they decided to replace the washer. After a week they came back did not have a replacement so would have to refund but would not refund

I heard they had nitrogen to fill your tires (we have a membership). I saw a gentleman in the tire dept and he was extremely helpful explaining how the system works.
