We tried Cou-Yon’s today! The food was amazing. We each had the baked potato with fish and shrimp and crawfish etouffee! Dessert was blackberry cobbler and bread pudding. Will definitely be going back.

I absolutely LOVE the loaded baked potato. While being a little pricey at 15 bucks with tax, it's HUGE and you get enough food for two lunches/dinners. Also Sean my cashier at the food truck is always super sweet! I will be back!

There were two giant bones in my pulled pork sandwich. Get it together guys this is bbq 101. Lucky I didn’t bite down on them. My advice to others is check your sandwich before eating.

We were looking for something different & our Grandaughter Kali picked 3 places & one was CouYons, because she knows her Paw Paw loves BBQ! We went and the Atmosphere was Awesome! Our food came out Hot & very very Delicious! My Maw Maw ordered the Ribs/ Chicken, Corn on da Cob, Baked Beans! My Paw Paw ordered the Pulled Pork, Sausages, Baked Beans & Rice Dressing & I ordered Fried Shrimp Poboy/ Waffle fries that was Soo Big & Delicious & I couldn't eat it all! CouYons has Triple ? ?? Well. Just to help for other customers, be sure to call the customer before substituting for something else, even if it’s similar. If a person leaves you a tip, at least have the decency to give them utensils. The food was great as usual, some of the shrimp was a bit dry.
Alright alright alright nah Cou. Came through probably almost a year ago and had a not so great experience. Let's just say looks like you all take reviews seriously because I sure missed my go to bar b que spot and took a chance and swung through. Only gave what I purchased today a 4 star because I feel like there's better bun out there. Even though it looked and was fresh and toasted just right I just feel there's something better that will make my eyes roll to the back of my head with each bite. Needless to say, the brisket, pork n beans and potato salad hit the SPOT! I look forward to checking out yall new restaurant soon. And so happy to say I'll be back Cou-Yons on Perkins!!!!!!

Based on the recommendations gave Cou-yon's Cajun Bar-B-Q a try. When I arrived I met Kelani who gave me some ideas on what to try…so I ordered the Smoked Sausage Appetizer with smoky sauce and Crawfish Étouffée Over Dirty Rice with Fried Shrimp. The sausage was pretty good but not very “smoked”, the flavor closer to kielbasa and when you added the smoky sauce was a nice appetizer. The Crawfish Étouffée had solid flavor, a little kick, and the rice was a great compliment to the dish. The fried shrimp breading was nice and light, it did not overpower the shrimp flavor and was a nice addition to the dish. I also observed some of the BBQ they had being served and it looked pretty good. The ladies sitting across from me got ribs and there was no need for a doggie bag. Overall good Cajun food and excellent service from the staff there.

Very disappointed. Customer service was good, but the food wasn’t good at all. 3 wings 2 sides 16$ Wings were dry and overcooked, baked beans were watered down with way too much sugar. Dirty rice was just alright. I don’t mind spending money, but y’all got to do better with the quality of the food.
