Really good food for great prices. The Tinga Bowl was super filling. I tried my wife’s chicken tenders and they were crispy and well cooked, with a good seasoning level. The service was also excellent! The cashier/waiter was very helpful and was extremely kind.

First time here and pleasantly surprised with how awesome the food was. My Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was one of the best I have had in a long time if not the best ever (no cap as the kids say these days! lol). My wife got a platter meal and we snagged an extra whole chicken for only 13$ which we are taking home for the kids to devour! All in all right under 50$ and well worth it. Staff was pleasant and the establishment enjoyable as well as clean. Winner winner Chicken Dinner!!!

I went here today and to be honest. It’s sad how the manager jewel was extremely nice with helping me out with my visit today. However the 2 young girls they had running the cash register and handing out the food. The short brown skin girl with the scalp braids had her nose turned up looking at people crazy. & the lightskin girl who was actually working the register. Talked very professional but both of them were rude with no hospitality at all. How is management nicer than the workers. It’s really sad.

Ive been in restaurant business myself and I know it can be difficult to control. I eat and support Cowboy Chicken all the time, but 2/12/25 my wife said ladies restroom was worse than most gas station restrooms. When I went to the men’s restroom a big Spanish gentlemen that works in kitchen was using it w door unlocked. He finished, and did not bother to wash his hands before returning to Kitchen!!! If you can’t keep restrooms clean, that’s one thing, but please address proper handwashing w your employees!!!!

🔥 Tried this tonight for the first time and ordered takeout. Everything was so delicious and hot! I ordered brisket, wings, rotisserie chicken, Mac n cheese, corn, and ranchero beans. I will be back and will spread the word. Thank you!
I got Half a half Rotisserie chicken with sweet potato and Spanish rice service was great. Food was good will eat there again.

We ordered the brisket sandwich with fries, the Kickin Cobb salad, and a side of street corn. I must say that I was apprehensive about ordering any brisket other than slabs. The term pulled brisket seemed foreign, but I gave it a shot. The brisket was tender, seasoned well, and delicious! The fries were seasoned well, crisp on the outside yet tender on the inside. The Cobb salad had tender slices of moist chicken, ripe avacados, and bite-sized chunks of lettuce. The street corn was the only thing I did not like, only because I prefer no spiciness. I would highly recommend trying the food at this restraunt.

7/19/24: I came here for the first time with my guy (he had been prior to) to enjoy some rotisserie chicken. We got there around 5ish.
I wanted the three piece dark, BUT...they no longer had any dark meat. ?
The attendant helped me reach an order that I could enjoy, and I went with it.
The half chicken with spinach and taters was tasty. I won't buy the taters, anymore, though--they are not that good when there are so many other tasty items to choose from like the Mexican Street Corn or the beans.
The staff was very friendly, and the food was very satisfying!
Please keep enough dark meat OR...place a sign on the counter that states dark meat is out for the day.
