I love their food and their gift store. Have a lot of old antiques. Also cute and cool stuff in the gift store. I love looking at so many new things. Also the old antiques and decorations in the restaurant. I recommend coming here and for anyone to come here to eat and go to their gift store.

We stop at Cracker Barrel often in our travels with our motorhome. The food is generally very good. This time was just for a late night snack (dessert). The peach cobbler was foreign to any cobbler I’ve ever had. Did not enjoy…will not order again. The chocolate cake was microwaved to warm it up. Never nuke chocolate cake! It ruins its texture and flavor. We’ll keep stopping at Cracker Barrel…just won’t order those item’s again.

Dirty, undercooked, unseasoned, hair in the food. Just skip it and eat local down the street at Franks.

The host tried to sit our family behind another table with a couple enjoying date night, which was too small and the area was empty with at least 10 other tables to choose from because he saw our son was in a wheelchair... then when I questioned his actions he sticks our family at the front table across from the service door to the kitchen... it was an hour and half from closing we had to sit and listen to all the waitresses talking about their life out side of work, which the manager was with them... not very professional at all! We will not be back... poor service because she didn't like that I said something to the host about him not understanding a handicap accessible family! Our review is this place is piss poor and needs better training...

Wheelchair accessibility: Needs to train the host about how to seat wheelchair families, the bathroom is nice for our son... full time RVer's on our sons bucket list adventure and he normally loves to come but didn't appreciate this visit!

At BR location near Airline Highway. No review for reasons we checked in, table for 3, gave our name to be seated next. Host said it would be a while since they were short on cook staffing and would put us onto the waiting list. We were okay with that, and understood their situation. Told host we'd look around store. We're told they'd come get us, everything fine. Host never came to get us, never called our parties name. We happened to walk back to host station after a little while to find the same host seating a group of 3. I politely told the person at the check out counter we had been waiting to eat, and that the host rudely sat another group before us, we were leaving. We will never ever go back there!!!

No corn bread, biscuits were not fresh, carrots were tough, under cooked. Asked for a placement and they were the same. Finally got hash brown casserole. Grilled chicken was too tough to eat.
Bad Experience!

The service was horrible. First, they wanted to sit us at a table where one of us would have sat in a doorway. Then, the waitress never asked if we wanted biscuits or corn bread. She took our drink order and left. When she brought the drinks we had to tell her we would like biscuits with blackberry and strawberry jelly. When she finally brought the biscuits it came with grape jelly, no blackberry nor strawberry. After taking our lunch order, the mashed potatoes were cold and we asked for some that was hot. She came back and told us she would have to take them ro be heated. Luckily, we had an empty plate we used for the biscuits. We put the potatoes on the plate for her to take. After she brought the potatoes, we never saw her again until she passed by the table with the bill. She never asked if we would like dessert, etc. When I picked up the bill, I realized it was not my bill. We asked another waitress to take that bill and get ours. Once we got our bill, we left .

Larger than average parking area for RV overnight. Near interstate but quiet near back of store. Lighting is good.

My husband and I visited this Cracker Barrel on Monday, 2/10/25. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. But we were really impressed our waitress, Daina M. She was extra nice, had a beautiful smile, and just went out of her way to be of help to us. I know waitressing is a hard job, and many people are so hard to please. But Daina M was extraordinary. It’s not very often that we have a waitress that has such a bubbly personality and is so eager to help. If there is any way that she could be rewarded for her exemplary service, that would be great! Thank you, Daina M!
