I was greeted with a friendly smile. I was asked if I was a reward member.

Treated some friend who have never been to CB. They loved it, as I do. Everything on the menu is good. This is my comfort food. I go to CB for the biscuits but I enjoy everything. The service is usually excellent as well. Their employees are usually the best!Parking: Lots of parking all around the building. There is even parking for people pulling campers.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. They have booster seats and plastic cups and it is a family environmentWheelchair accessibility: The dining room and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible. There are plenty if handicap parking spots but the store part of the restaurant can be too crowded for someone in a wheelchair to get around comfortably

It’s a great feeling when you get exactly what you want when you have a particular craving. Actually placing the order took some time, but eventually I was acknowledged. Overall everything was great.

Long time customer. Staff and management seems to change often. Most recently, food was ok but found the recipe for my favorite hash brown casserole seems to have changed; it seemed cheesy oil with thicker of potatoes. Upset stomach later. Went with my son who loves breakfast. Loaded down his pancakes with strawberries (not freshly cut to serve/ something on outside of berries). We will be back but never expect extra good meal. Personally-Spent a lot of extra money for simple things. Over priced. Just avoid the extras to make it reasonable. Coffee only refilled once. Server would walk away to another table when asking us for order. Felt it was a bit disrespectful even he could hear us from across the walkway.

This very clean Cracker Barrel had fabulous pancakes. I had the peach and whipped cream topping. Our server Chris did a great job of making it pretty. He also kept our coffee cups full. We asked for crispy hashbrowns, and that is the way they were cooked. The store gift shop was very well stocked. Easy on and off of I-12 with a large parking lot. We had a restful night despite the traffic noise. Love Cracker Barrel on our trip west.

I wanted to share my experience of a catering order and customer service experience at one of your local establishments. The overall experience was gruesome. To my understanding with the order placed online, the food would be made that day and ready for pickup at the designated time. When I go to pick up the order, they had trouble locating my catering order. Finally after 10 mins they bring the order out and place it on the counter and walk away. They did not say “here is your order, let’s check it to make sure it is right”. I am left at the counter by myself pulling out the containers covered in oil and food etc. I had to ask another employee for paper towels to clean myself up. Then, only part of my order was there, they had issues locating the other half. Finally they brought the other portion of my order up and said “sorry it took so long we could not find the order because this was packaged yesterday and sitting in a box. So my understanding is that my order was not fresh, it was packed and left out overnight in bags soiled with food juice? I know that it was not refrigerated because the containers were room temperature. After cleaning the containers off, I then had to ask if my order could be repacked in new clean bags and not the same soiled ones! The lack of customer service and experience left a lot to be desired on this occasion for my Easter Dining Catering order. I must say that I can not recommend based in my experience and not sure if I will be back to visit you establishment again.
