Small little truck in the Acadian Shopping Center but great crawfish. The flavor is amazing without being too spicy or too salty. The people that run it are super nice and the service is very quick. Will 100% be going back.

Crawfish is absolutely delicious. A nice spice and very flavorful! The crawfish were a nice size and they were clean. The employees are great and service was quick. Good location too. You have to get out your car to order, but the area is safe.
Parking: Seems like parking is within the parking lots of the other stores, but way to the back. So there is room for crawfish customers and store customers.
Awesome people and are willing to go the extra mile to make a customer happy. We picked up 15lbs of live crawfish at 12:30 in the afternoon and got home to clean them and prepare for a boil at 430.
We noticed a few were dead and called and they let us know to wait and see if they wake up from being on ice.
When we went to boil at 3 we noticed even more not moving and potentially dead. We brought them back and they kindly swapped it out for new crawfish.
I appreciate them taking the time to show us a crawfish after being on ice and being kind to us and replacing them!

Stopped here on the way home to Florida and boy, are we glad we did~! GREAT CRAWFISH AND THE BEST SAUSAGE EVER! They were super friendly, incredibly fast and the food was worth every penny. There is a reason there are lines at this gem in Baton Rouge.
