I’ll start with the pros, the Cookie Monster was pretty good. Two young ladies were working pretty hard and customer service was pretty decent. This place smelt like a dirty mop & the tables outside were filthy. If they get a deep clean I may come back.

This place is falling off BIG TIME! This used to be my go to spot to get the wife dairy free dessert. They have been lying to me for going on two weeks, about how they just ran out of dairy free milk and it'll be in the next day. When you walk in, you can tell the vibe has changed. Management and staff are a revolving door. The lines and wait are getting shorter by the week. It's definitely giving " doors closing soon"...

It’s decent ice cream, but the store itself is a bit in disrepair. Cracks on the walls, rust in the equipment and moisture on the ceiling. Felt a bit unsanitary. 4 employees, but only one was making the ice cream, I was the only one in the store at the time (5pm) so maybe it was not busy hour. I ordered online but when I got there they told me what I ordered was sold out. It was limited menu items. They did try to call me before I got there to change my order, which is good.

Wasn’t going to leave a review but felt the need to so since the young lady in the lsu hoodie started talking about my family behind the counter. Place had 5 employees and not one customer until we showed up. Nobody greeted us. Each girl was on their cellpone or their pink ipad. We order 2 brownie sandwiches and paradise. They grabbed 4 pieces of brownies and zapped in the microwave and placed it on a thin paper plate with the ice cream. The brownie wasn’t soft at all and was crumbling into dust which gave me sure indication that the brownie was old. We stated that the browning is hard and crumbling. They went to the back and stated “she’s lying. One of those brownies were soft.” Another walked out, grabbed the pan of brownies and threw them in the trash. I’ve been here several times and each time it’s horrible service. It’s a shame now that the lack of care has shifted to the product as well. I will not be returning any time soon. Good luck.

The ice cream was delicious but pricey. The customer service was good and the kids enjoyed watching their creamy treats being made. This is a must go if you are in the area on Halloween!!

This place is nice, service is very good despite the fact that they prepared the vegan ice cream from scratch.Whatever flavor you choose, they can make it vegan for you. They use oat milk and nitrogen, and you can see the mixers making your ice cream fresh!The only thing is that (at least for the small cup) you can only choose one flavor. It tastes nice, but the flavors are very mild. I thought it was going to be stronger. I almost couldn't taste the Key Lime.Prices are too high. We paid $20 for 2 small cups with one scoop each.There's definitely room for improvement. I hope they listen to their clients.

Obviously they close before 9:00… seeing we walk in at 8:40 and we were told we aren’t taking orders anymore. If you close at 9:00, then you stop serving people at 9:00 not earlier. It frustrates me when people don’t provide service!!!
