I love crumbl! The staff is always so pleasant and not to mention the cookies are literally addictin!! My favorites so far are the sugar, confetti, and caramel praline. The store is cute and always clean. online ordering is easy, and can even earn points to get free cookies! the cookies are pricky, but after you taste them you will understand why!

The lady that served me was rude. I stood there waiting forever to receive my cookies from a door dash pick up order. I asked the lady twice if she had an order for me by my name. She replied they’re working as quickly as possible. The store was packed with people. I noticed that people that arrived after we did were leaving. I asked for the third time and I mentioned I had an order that was made on door dash. She replied well u didn’t check in. I replied I didn’t know I had to and asked her how do I check in. She replied that’s your job. I’m doing mine. Actually she wasn’t because I was not a door dasher but a paying customer who ordered pick up using the door dash app. I noticed she would show everyone their cookies before she closed their boxes and handed them to her. She worked on my order and it was ready. I extended my hand for the box and it just hit the counter. I replied rudely THANK YOU. And I left. I was definitely treated differently and she was rude, smart mouthed, and disrespectful. Smh
