I dropped a white dress off to dry cleaned o showed the guy the spots where it was dirty and needed to be cleaned he replied saying “we got you we will work on it” I picked my dress up on the following Sunday to wear to my bridal shower I got the dress home just to find it was still dirty !! They didn’t do anything to the dress NOTHING they will never get my business again

The new staff doesn't say hello/greet you but will chase you around the laundromat without identifying themselves to then demand you use the machine they want you to use... What is going on with the staffing here? Where's the nice lady with the red hair? They turned the lights out while I was in the building. Talk about unfriendly.

Been coming to this establishment for 10 years and it’s been clean and comfortable every visit. Washers and dryers are always working and the staff is extremely friendly. This place is highly recommended ??

Workers are just rude. They act like you’re bothering them by asking questions about how their service works and twice they have closed early with my clothes inside. And the plus size girl that works there just looks and ignores you even though the hours say they close at 8:30. Trust if you’re able to use coins instead of card definitely go to another laundromat. That’s the only reason I continued coming here, but after last time never again!!

Great service will definitely be used again. I am staying in a hotel and used the pick up and delivery service. Clothes were washed folded and bagged.

I recently had a very frustrating experience at Cyclone Laundry. Their payment system is overly complicated and unlike any other laundromat I’ve been to. To use the machines, you need to get a Cyclone Laundry card, which requires cash. If you only have quarters, you have to use a separate machine to convert them to cash.

While trying to do this, I encountered a major issue. I put in $0.75, but when I paused briefly to get another quarter, the machine reset without warning, and I lost my money. There were no clear instructions or warnings about this happening on the machine itself.

When my boyfriend (who is black American) politely addressed this with the owner (who is white), we were met with extreme rudeness. The owner dismissively told him he needed to “learn to read,” despite the fact that the machine’s instructions were unclear. This comment was not only unhelpful but also inappropriate, especially given the current social climate. We were both extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled.

I do not recommend Cyclone Laundry, especially if you’re looking for clear instructions and respectful customer service.

Nicest laundromat we've ever been in. Felt very safe and not sketch at it all. In a good area, very clean, and had great conversation with the owner. We're from out of town, so was a little nervous about finding a laundromat, but you won't be disappointed here.

Everything was amazing. As a disabled veteran, everything was so convenient. The young lady on duty today, Ms. Amber assisted today so openly, cheerful and motivated. This is a very clean laundrymat. You have a choice of different size machines. We always managed to get our things washed and dried in an hour.

I live about 25 miles from Cyclone Laundry. I will gladly travel to this business. It is very clean and safe. The machines are always available. It smells great in there, they have tables for you to sit and wait for your clothes to be done with wi-fi availability and also TV. It’s a great experience. There is always someone there for any questions that you may have. I highly recommend.

I had a ton of laundry but was in and out in an hour. The large capacity washers and dryers saved me money and the place itself was clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Well be doing my laundry here from now on.

Great place. Took my laundry here for wash-n-fold, as I've done in dozens of cities, and this place is clean, well lit, is staffed by friendly people, and has just a generally pleasant atmosphere. They take all major digital payment options, and use a system to text you when your laundry is ready for pickup.
