We were passing by and decided to stop in. I've seen them on IG but it was my first time. I was impressed from the parking lot, the aroma was inviting. Upon entering, I noticed the place was clean, soft music was playing and we were immediately greeted by staff. The daily special was salsberry steak, which was perfect because I desired a home cooked meal. The food did not disappoint! To begin, the plate were so heavy it could've fed 2 people. My husband wanted smothered...
Food was good. Turkey wings was fried too hard and not seasoned, but edible. Spaghetti and cheese and yams were good. Staff was nice. I went after lunch hours, so service was quick, as not many people were there at that time. Lots of seating, clean,bar area wasn't open. Would go back when I'm back in town.
I love their food and I love the portions of food they give. I can literally eat off one plate like 3 times. I always order their fish plate and it comes with two big pieces of fish. Yesterday I ordered through DoorDash and when I received my food I only had one piece of fish. That hurt me deep!!
