The guy and his wife that are always up in the front are super nice. My wife and I get this place every Saturday morning and the breakfast croissants sandwiches are our absolute favorite. I’m from originally from Lafayette and the donuts are the closest to Meche’s taste that I have ever had.

Everyone knows the donuts are great, but the croissant breakfast sandwiches are underrated. Great prices, great food, and friendly people. If you don’t see something you want on display ask about it because they sometimes have stuff they’ve just made in the back. Easily a top three breakfast place in BR.

this is my favorite place in baton rouge. i go here any time i have a bad day, am low on money, or just cant figure out what to eat for breakfast. i have been treated with nothing but warmth and kindness from this place and the people who run it. even after moving away from the area i will continue to come back to delicious donuts
