If i could give Negative Stars i would. Extremely poor costumer service. My order is over 1.5 hours late since it’s been completed. Just give me a refund at this point. I am highly disappointed in the service and the quality since my order has been sitting in the oven for an hour + now. You can verify with the Screenshot photo attached.

Domino's Government location has always been on point when it comes to pizza delivery in the downtown area. I've never personally had a bad experience with this location and would gladly recommend them to everyone. They are really quick and the product is always fresh, hot, and delicious. No brainer when you're craving a good pie and you don't want to get out.

Man today I walked in the store was immaculate. Employees were clean, no flour on them or the floors. Food was coming out on time as promised. I love this location. Great job team Government st.‼️💯💯
They just pissed me off. I ordered hot wings and they had no sauce on them. I sent for my food to be picked up. So to tell me to come up there for them to add sauce made me so got damn mad I wanted to tell them off. I spend too much money with them for them to play with me.
Tried the new stuffed crust pizza. Was delicious 😋

I never had a complaint. And this is the first time I was not satisfied with my order. The manager which when she answered the phone on this day at 12⁰⁹pm did not include a name. And I informed her on my order. She told me I would have to bring it back in order for anything to be resolved. But my gas and time would not be reimbursed on something you can look at before putting it in a box to serve and see that is not eatable. I threw it away and wanted my points added back. She says that can not be put back with free in which it is not free because I had to order food from there four times to receive the points. She needs more training in customer service and food quality and presentation. This trip to dominos gets no stars

This team is the A-team. They were the most accommodating team I’ve ever met. In the face of technical challenges they were still able to accommodate the customer. Most people would’ve given up but they went above and beyond to make up for an issue that wasn’t even their fault. 10/10 would visit again.
