Domino’s needs to do better stop burning up peoples food as a customer the trust is being put into the staff we’ve waited patiently for our food just to receive it burnt that was a slap in the face that is why people take advantage of the customer is always right

I am disappointed with an order I made for my children. We are here for a swim meet and against my wife and children’s wishes I ordered three pizzas over an hour ago from this location. I am still in the lobby waiting for it. My kids have a swimming competition first thing in the morning and I will have to put them to bed hungry. It has been 1 hour and 15 minutes and no call or pizza.

The big guy with dreads or twists keep asking for tips as if he works as a server or something. He tells me that the number i had called was straight to their home office marketing office. I come here almost all the time and this time my pepperoni was burnt and prior to getting my food, I watched the employees open my pizza boxes and the man that asked for a tip had shrugged his shoulders at the other employee and i think it’s because of my toppings on my pizza. How are you checking for quality of my pizza and you see it’s burnt but you still handed it to me like it’s nothing!!! I’m NEVER tipping y’all again!!

This dominos is 10x better than any other one in the BR area. They are usually a little busier, so a slightly longer wait time, but the pizza is EXPONENTIALLY better. The other Baton Rouge dominos locations NEVER put my extra cheese and are super skimp with the toppings, but THIS ONE puts the right amount of all toppings, never forgets any, and the people are usually friendly.

Over an hour late, smashed the box, cold pizza, and a rude driver. Also the pizza was missing pieces. Avoid this dominos like the plague. I used to be a delivery driver myself and I would have never treated my customers this way!!!

I’ve ordered from many dominoes locations and I have to say this is the best experience and food I’ve had from them .. the service was fast and friendly fluffy was prompt on delivery and followedInstructions.I had everything I requested and everything was fresh and hot and my drink was nice and cold!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A+ I hope other locations get it together! Thank you!!

Very poor service at this location. Some employees are very disrespectful & prone to lying. Placed an order at 8:34 p.m. tonight. Driver showed up at 10:00 pm. No action from management when contacted.

I always use this dominos for my pizza pick ups! The employees have always been friendly and efficient. I haven't had an order done wrong, but one time we forgot to grab a soda with our combo and the employee helped us out without any hassle. Definitely deserves better than the two star reviews from years ago so here's hoping a more recent one encourages others to leave their experiences too.
