This store stole my money !!! Very rude customer service. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a refund on an order that was cancelled do to the store not having a delivery driver. Close this store!!! Will sue this company !!!!

My pizzas was cold when it arrived and my lava cakes a mess in the box and cold. Both cheese pizzas crust was burned. I ordered a pan pizza and it really didn't have any butter on it and the dough had a big bubble in the middle so the middle didn't have any cheese on it. I asked for light sausage but it still had to much. My coke was hot. I wouldn't recommend anybody to order from here because your money isn't worth that mess. The people who answer the phone are very rude. If you'll want your food done right your best bet is to go the Central. I spent $60 even and my kids food was a mess

-Delivery took two hours.-Pizza tracker on the app said DELIVERED when nobody came.- when the app said the driver was 3 minutes away, I had to wait at least 30 minutes in the cold and rain to wait for the driver.- Had to wait on hold for 13 minutes to inform Domino's that no pizza was delivered- when I called, the person said they THOUGHT they sent someone out- Two pizzas come cold and need to be warmed in the oven- pizza pictured below (diced tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, and olives) looks super greasy. Pizza sticks to the cardboard. Tomatoes are wet.- this was a free pizza (+ extra charges) and was ruined (you can only get a free pizza after ordering multiple times to collect points)- only get a free pizza as a conciliation. You work to get 60 points for free pizza - only to get a bad pizza to replace a good pizza. They did quality checking for over an hour, WHERE'S THE QUALITY!?- also ordered marbled cookie-brownies, which were slightly burnt at the bottom- cost $6 for four 20-oz cokes- paid $47 for the order

Absolutely LOVE the staff. Because of work, we've been here a couple of times in the last week, going through the drive thru each time. Both nights it was pretty late and a weeknight, but the employees both nights had awesome attitudes and were very friendly and helpful. Visit this Domino's location if you're ever near Plank and Winbourne.

They're always out of something and food isn't always up to par. The wings used to have sauce all over but now it's barely on the top.
