I order a pizza from the special 9.99 they gave me one topping one cheese and that was not my order it was my fault I should have checked the order apparently they don't care when I called they picked up and hung up

They keep the door locked to the lobby all the time and force you to use the drive thru. There is only enough room for 2 cars, so the line overflows into the road.

I've given this location the chances. First time they were "busy," so by the time the driver left the store with our food (over an hour after ordering), he couldn't find our house. Pizza got here cold. Second time was ok. This most recent time is the worst. It's been over two hours since the order was placed. I've cake the restaurant four times. The first time I was told is be the next delivery out the door. That was an hour ago. I called again and was on hold
Hung up and called again. On hold again. Hung up and pushed the selection to place a new order. Person answered and transferred me to the order status person who didn't answer AGAIN. I called the new order love, and now they aren't answering either. My pizza is on its way (text message), and I very is cold and nasty.

What this store needs is a clean house. Manager included.
The problem is, no one cares. It’s just clocking in to make a paycheck for everyone. For too many most what goes easily forgotten is your still being paid to work, to clean for the love of Mary. Which means you gotta have a manager who’s going to run a tight ship. Clearly it’s got no captain on board. How they’re passing health inspections idk. Corporate mustn’t care if they do ever stop in. Cause there’s no way it should be operating.
If I was in that managers position, contact who you need to contact about closing the store for a day or two. Have your employees come in and clean everything. They don’t wanna, well there’s the door. Everything about this establishment is a shame.
The pizza, tell me how a pizza can be burned and raw at the same time? Clearly there’s an oven issue yall are having. Temp too high and not a long enough cook time. Or it’s going in an oven preset for different products, not dough related.
Don’t mind me, sharing my opinion here on observations, unwarranted advice? Well keep running into the ground then. Guess y’all don’t like having a job really. I’m not returning to this location.

I ordered online using my points. They canceled my order so I called to see why and they basically said that they were closed. mind you this location doesn’t close until 12am as i’ve ordered multiple times from this location. the “manager” who sounded like a chap proceeded to tell me that when my order was placed they were already closed but if they were the site wouldn’t have even let me order. like im not stupid. so then i say okay well thats fine i just would like to know if ill receive my points back bc i had used my points earned to order something. The child told me that there was nothing that they could do even though THEY CHOSE TO CANCEL MY ORDER. After i told him that it was fine but i really needed my points back he hung up on me. I am writing this review and will also be contacting corporate and the Department of Health regarding this location. UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOESNT DESERVE TO REMAIN OPEN.

As someone who has worked for dominos this store puts a bad rep on their name. I placed an order at 7:54pm tonight, the order was pulled out of the oven for a final check at 8:25pm, the driver then proceeds to pull up to my place at 10:03pm with cold food in his hand, and a poor excuse of an attitude. Good luck getting ahold of anyone at this location as well, I am not going to lie I called more than a enough times, waited in hold and even called a different store location (in which a manager was out delivering food, and was ACTUALLY helped by a decent employee) to get an update on my order, figure out what was going on with it, and to ultimately cancel it, however due to no one answering the phone I was unable to do so. This store is horrible, they base their interactions on the money that you tip, not the actual money you spend on the items. If I could give this store a 0 I would, customer service a 0, employees a 0, and overall experience with this store over my time being a customer at this specific location a 0.

manger was very rude, wanted to argue about the pizza having too much bread, spitting and talking over the food. very rude, very loud, disrespectful, and unprofessional. pizza had everything we wanted on it but nothing extra like we asked.

Ordered delivery at 12:08. Tried calling after an hour since the app showed it never went in the oven. Was on hold for 30 minutes with nobody picking up the phone. Had to drive out there to cancel the order. Not even an apology. Pathetic
They had some hispanic women workers (I'm also hispanic) cursing in the back of the store because they misread my order and didn't want to remake it. They do NOT need to be working there and y'all don't ever have to worry about me coming back. If I could give yall 0 stars I would ?

I’m not sure if management knows, but everyday doors are locked! There sitting in there on there phones doing absolutely nothing the food is ok but could be better if they weren’t rushing to get back to there phones!
