If I could give zero stars, I would. Domino's, you should have been upfront about only having ONE delivery driver tonight. I placed an order expecting a reasonable delivery time, but instead, I had to interrupt a school exam and put my child's bedtime on hold waiting for a pizza that’s over an HOUR late. To make matters worse, I ended up having to go pick up my own pizza because of the ridiculous wait time. And when I got there, they had the audacity to try and charge me the delivery fee, even though I had to go get it myself! The pizza was COLD, and nothing was done to make this right. Completely unacceptable. Do better.

Ive ordered here a lot. Both through Eats and through online app. Always had nice hot pizza correct to the order done within 10min of my online app or within 45min of Eats order. I never was told to wait on carryout. Pretty good quality pizza overall. Also had their wings and pasta too
I have to give a one star rating because I ordered two pizzas and they were supposedly 11 minutes away and then they completed the order and I did not receive my pizza. I called to complain and they said it's on it's way. They only have one driver for the night. 15 minutes later it's still not here. I called back and they said it's on it's way. they said it's 10 min. out. We'll see. I'm getting a refund if my pizza's cold.

Tried working here as a delivery driver the pay was good. The staff .. not too much. I left because these ppl are not professional with what they do or how they handle or talk to people. I had been there maybe a month and the boss swear she knew my whole background & lifestory. Pizza maker brought her personal life , feelings & emotions to work everyday. I tried to tell the boss about it but she denied everything I said & told me about myself like she actually knew me that well. I ran from this place very quick I will not let a job make me lose my character or end up in jail due to the disrespect. Other than that their pizza is ok. Maybe work on learning how to treat your customers and employees & you may see more money.

Ordered 2 pizzas which were quoted to be delivered in 22-32 minutes which I didn’t believe but I thought maybe 45-50 minutes since I was only a few minutes from the store. After an hour I called to check on the order and the employee that answered said that the delivery driver hasn’t come back yet from a delivery and couldn’t say when the pizza would be on the way nor could she tell me if I was next. 35 minutes after that I get a call that she still doesn’t know when the driver is going to be back so I cancelled it. I ordered it 45 minutes before my lunch and I waited the whole time and got nothing. Not good service imo

Love the deals but half the time I take advantage of them, they screw my order up. It's the simplest request, too; I ask for a New York style crust, which is not as poofy as the hand tossed one and leaves with with half to 3/4 an inch to grab onto when you pick your pizza up. Everything is consistent except their ability to make NY style crust pizzas. I'm still a lil bit sour from the one time one of their employees tried telling me their hand tossed pizza was exactly how a NY style crust was supposed to be after I tried disputing my order, not gonna lie lol; hopefully it's just this location that's like that though
Service is not good. Ordered online. Checked phone and saw order had been canceled. I called the number several times. There was wait time, then someone answered, said hello, and then hung up. Finally got someone one the phone. They said they called and when nobody answered, they canceled the order. Tone of voice of customer service rep was very curt, brash and dismissive. I was not offered anything in place of lost time and confusion. I would like to have been told they at least left a voice message instead of an AI bot generated text. Location highly not recommended for delivery service.

Got my entire order wrong and then argued with me on the phone about it, insisting they didn’t forget half of my toppings. The only way they offered to fix it was by giving me 20% off on my next order. A free “replacement” pizza for my next order would’ve been appropriate as I do not want to make the driver come out here again to correct the store’s mistakes.

Since i been living over here on Essen ln at cobblestone never had a problem. But obviously there must be new management. Out of my 4 years of living here I have a problem today. There is no way im ever ordering here again. I can understand they couldn’t reach me because I made a mistake and temporarily suspended my line have no idea how I did that. But the follow up attitude and just pure laziness to walk up stairs. I paid for the delivery fee and it says to deliver at door not on stairs. My camera got her just not wanting to go up the stairs and I watch her do it. Was mad cause i didnt meet them halfway wth. The manager wasnt going to refund my money so im just taking it to corporate, i enjoyed the pizza but the people nah I think this might be my last order until there’s probably new management. I wish I can show the video some people man.
