Do not order from this Domino’s: worst in all of BR! I ordered a delivery, being VERY specific as to what unit we were and what part of the area. No one ever knocked on my door so they went back to the location. I called and they told me I had to come and pick it up because they don’t deliver to two different places. No resolution, just a refund. That location will never get my money again. The worst.

I'm the owner of this location, and we are going to change some areas of the company, and expand this store in other areas of Louisiana, and Texas to start with. Domino's Pizza is going to be part of a new project and an amusement park with festivals!
I will have it announced on the news as soon as the Marine Corp and I get started with a new season of entertainment and marine biology!

This is the THIRD time I've been there and it was pure chaos. They update the tracker despite food not being done, they ignore customers inside and run around flailing. While I was in there they had TWICE accidentally sent out the wrong orders to people of the same name. I waited 15 minutes at the counter while my order just SAT there and got cold, only to drive home and learn that they'd forgotten toppings, and barely put on ones they remembered. Go to the one on Jones Creek.

The Millerville location is the worst Domino’s I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered ahead of time thinking it would be something quick and easy before work. Well the attached picture is what got delivered. Then I spent a good hour on hold waiting to speak to someone after they hung up on me the first time before I had to give up and get ready for work.

You call and order your pizza an hour and a half before they close and suddenly they run out of everything in the store. You can only get whatever they have already made. They don’t feel like cooking the last two hours. If you order through the app, they might do it and then when you get there, they’re out of everything and make it look like you canceled

Unacceptable.... I placed an order on my mobile app thinking this would be the easiest way to get something to eat while in a city I am not from an unfamiliar with. Haha boy was that joke on me! After placing the order I received a call shortly after where I was told that they didn't deliver to my location which I believe was lies because I put in my location and it generated the location for me which was only maybe 4 miles away. Anywho I'm told that the order would be ready in a certain amount of time so I proceeded to make my way there which was a little after the expected time. When I arrive I walk up to the counter to get my order and what do you know the guy can't find it. He doesn't tell me this but I'm watching what is going on and he walks up to a coworker, tells him something and that guy starts preparing pizza. I'm told my order would be ready in like 12 minutes so I go and wait in my car. Go back inside and again told that my order was still not ready. Like what the ...... It was a mobile order. It SHOULD have been ready by the time I arrived. Let alone being able to locate it. I pay money for something which in return pays you for your time so technically customers are the reason behind your paycheck. You would think one would realize this and at least try to provide customer satisfaction. In the least.

Everytime I order here they get my order wrong
The cashier is friendly but the two people on the piazza line is miserable. The girl kept standing and playing with her phone and when the order came through she’s moving super slow. The guy came out and saw an order of 10 piazzas his face looks unhappy and starts to slamming things as he has to press more doughs. He never has a smile and constantly mumbling swearing words as I sit across from him through the glass. The most unwelcoming feeling ever.

I keep giving them chances and the pizza is worse than a frozen pizza from Walmart. I even went and picked it up and was there before it even came out of the oven, but it barely had anything on it was very dry. Not sure what is going on but it just seems like nobody cares anymore. Won’t order again.

This was once the best dominos and its still pretty good but the last 3 times I've ordered here my pizza lacked sauce. It literally felt like cheese bread plus the pizza was a little over cooked. Hand tossed should not crunch

I order frequently at least once a week, I ordered from the Millerville location in Baton Rouge. I’ve been waiting for over an hour. My pizza was delivered to another address. The young man brought me a pizza that was Luke warm that I had to put in the microwave. Am I disappointed yes my money and my time is important.
