I ordered delivery. 1 pizza and 1 chicken Parm sandwich. I received the wrong sandwich so I called and the manger was very nice and apologized and we came to a resolution.This is our go to Dominos and this was the first time our order was incorrect.Good customer service keeps us coming back.

According to your manager on duty this evening it's because of a recent murder that information is incorrect and quite frankly there are murders in every part of the city there are murders and have been murders in the Shenandoah area but you continue to deliver their so is it really safety or is it somethingelse?

They missed up my order twice people that works inside doesn’t know how to take order I ordered beef pizza and they gave cheese pizza then I had to wait 45 minutes just to get my order.

Came to pick up, and instead of being able to walk through the door to the counter I was greeted at a waist high window. There wasn’t even a cash register by this window so they had to go back to the counter to get the change and obviously Also my order. The worker was nice but it feels very inappropriate and unwelcoming to not only not be allowed inside but also be spoken to through a window workers have to crouch to speak through. Not to mention this made me feel a little unsafe as a female by myself.

I ordered 5 pizzas last night for me and my family. All 5 pizzas were not only loaded down with toppings, and so dam delicious, but the staff was friendly, which is hard to find these days. The pizzas were cooked all the way though, not doughy and the price is unbeatable! Thank you Domino's on Jones Creek!
