Placed order online. Order was not ready on time. Had to wait over an hour due to them saying they had to remake my order! Was not offered any courtesy drinks or anything. Cashier kept my change. Total was $24.17. Cashier was given $25.00. No change was given. Smh! Worst experience ever at this Harding Blvd location!!!

I placed a delivery order online with the option to leave at the door. when the delivery driver arrived, they never got out of the vehicle, they stayed in my driveway for 4 minutes before pulling off. I then contacted the store who said they called me and because I didn’t answer the phone my order will be canceled and I can place another one if I still wanted the food. This experience was super inconveniencing for me because I am currently on bed rest and cannot travel for food and my funds are on hold until the money is returned to my account. I will never give this location my business again.

This place has a trashy manager who doesn't care about the customers. They make you wait for over an hour to get your food, then when you call he/she hungs up!!!!that's the only compensation you will get. They take no responsibility at all whatsoever. This person has no clue what good customer service means. She/he was extremely rude.

I order from this location all the time. I ordered just recently two hours before the closing time . An hour and a half went by and still no food or calls. I then called the store and explained to them I had not received my order. They then refunded me my money once I called and then hung up on me! I tried calling back several time only to be hung up on every time they realized it was me.At the time I tried to explain that I didn’t want compensation I just wanted my food. But got nothing at all. I called and spoke to a manager and she really acted like she didn’t care she apologized but that was the most I got from her. I’m very upset because I order from this location all the time and I’m very unhappy with the service I received. And I will be contacting the GM and higher if need be.
Door was locked at 9pm. I was in a cargo van and could t go thru drive thru so had to stand outside in the cars to pickup pizza. Pizza wasn’t well put together neither was the wings. Forgot to take a picture of how it was. Guy at the window was friendly.
