More than 75% of the time, they fail to put the garlic sauce on the crust. If I wanted a plain, flavorless crust, I would go to Papa John’s. I order more than 3 pizzas a week and I’ve gone 7 pizzas in a row without the sauce. Unacceptable. I’ve had to call ahead before to make sure they don’t forget it. Will be ordering from another Dominos from now on

I ORDERED loaded tots, which I intended on splitting, with a ranch cup. I RECEIVED loaded tots drowned in ranch. It would have been nice to be able to control how much ranch I wanted instead of just dumping a container or two on top. Not to mention, the whole point of the sauce cup is that you can have your sauce while anyone else who wants some tots can opt to not have sauce. I do not see the purpose in making more work for yourself versus putting the sealed ranch container in the box. I am heavily disappointed and am so glad that i redeemed points instead of paying out of pocket.

Terrible customer service and incredibly slow. Always mark orders as ready for pickup 10-20 minutes before they actually are just to not get in trouble for being lazy and not working, something they’re really good at!!

Contacted them, and they disregarded the entire thing.Decided to buy some pizza from them again on Saturday night, and got sick once again after eating it.
