First, I’ve been in Baton Rouge for 2 years. And Dorthy’s was one of the first soul food restaurants I’ve tried…. Trust me, I’ve tried all that I could think of and find on TikTok and ig and Google lol… Anywhom Dorthy’s is STILL the BEST! Each time I go they never disappoint and the ribs Mac and cheese yams and EVERYTHING on the menu is truly amazing!
You gotta try them!
The Food is Always Hot,Fresh,Consistent and Delicious. I can Taste the Love and Passion in Every Bite.
I ordered fish with 3 sides. I get home. No fish on the plate and i paid over $20. The drive was to far away to turn back around in 5 o clock traffic. The issue is i could not call a working number to get this corrected.

This is a perfect authentic soul food restaurant. Portions are huge! Pork Chops were so tender they were falling off the bone. The yams are fire 🔥 and the smothered chicken wings. The food was so good, and the customers are so full they still don't want to stop eating. The portions for your money is ridiculously generous. The food taste so damn good! The customer service is amazing, and everyone that answers to take orders is so nice and professional.
